Airasia — refund not paid for cancelled flight due to covid-19

I have booked my return flight tickets from hyderabad-bangalore for 2 pax.
Pnr details for the same is h6l9jk. Onward journey is 20 march 2020 and the return journey was on 22 march 2020 both ways by airasia flight.
Due to covid-19 travel i requested to cancel my ticket and refund my amount on 19 march 2020 and the case number is 43487146 given by airasia.

Subsequently airasia cancelled their 22 march 2020 flight from bangalore - hyderabad and confirmed over phone. They also assured that complete fare amount will be refunded to my account with in two weeks.

Even after 42days i have not received my refund. My repeated calls to airlines call center were of no use except only false promises.

May i request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

It's almost months now, I requested the Airlines to process my refund. Till date nothing happened.
I just don't know whether I get back my money or not.
