While web check-in and seat selection for PNR J8SB9U, AirAsia site showed me Payment failed message then I tried with another account and this time it got successful and selected seats got booked.
When I checked my first bank account, ₹ 700 were detected for which AirAsia site had shown me payment failed message.
Then I shared this issue with AirAsia office in New Delhi Airport, they ensured me that my money will be refunded back to my bank account in some days.
Few days later, I got one SMS from AirAsia that they have initiated refund of ₹ 700 and it will be credited to my bank account in 7 days.
It's almost 20 days but I have not received any money in my bank account.
Kindly look into this matter.
