[Resolved] Airasia — Refund of Cancelled Ticket is not Provided even after 2 month
I have cancelled one air ticket from Jaipur to Bangaluru of "AirAsia" plain on 30th OCT 2013. My booking no was "ZGH4PN". Beside of 20-30 followups, balance amount is not refunded back.Each time whenever I call, they will provide me new Reference No & inform that fund will be refunded back within next 7 days.this drama is continue on going since last 3 month. 1- Calling time to pick up a call over Customer service:[protected] no is nearby 6-8 min. 2-There is no any office where you can go & catch these people. 3 - There is no any senior person where you can talk & express your inconvenience. 4- There is no any customer grievance system at all. Airasia - Refund got after 3 month and after 100 followups. Irony is that there call center is very bad and not responding properly.
