I had booked a room in hotel blue lagoon on 13th April 2015 in pondicherry through this online hotel booking site airbnb.com.
Firstly I never received any confirmation or where abouts of the booking. And yet the amount of INR 667 was deducted twice. One I dropped a complaint. Only one of the deductions was refunded.
I am still awaiting for the second deducted amount to be refunded... because neither I received any confirmation of the booking and the booking was cancelled as well which is reflected in my airbnb account booking history.
