I am asking aircel for port code but company is not responding me,
I tried all the company operator numbers but none responds, also their website not open.
So its my request to aircel company please send the porting code for my aircel number.

Hi Aircel Team,

I generated UPC on April and the expiration date was 16th April. When I tried to generate new UPC code for UPC, it is still displaying the old code which I generated in April along with the same Expiry date. Please support me in extending the date.

I could not change my mobile service provider from aircel to other services due to which my aircel number remains without any use.
Adding to this the unspent balance from aircel account has not been refunded nor has any initiative been taken.
Please resolve the two issues as early as possible. I still have my aircel sim kept safe incase the service provider can be changed.

I am distributor of aircel ltd since 2013 my security amount is deposited with aircel of distributor and also app and also some claims pending which leads me to a financial crisis
After insolvency i visited aircel jaipur office but no one is providing information about to get the security deposit back and no information is shared for that same i am regularly trying my best but all in vain.

Please suggest and show the way to how to get the amount back.

After somedays i again generated a new code and submitted to airtel... Bt the problem still persists... Again the revert from airtel was wrong upc code... What should i do now... I'm unable to port as my UPC code has been expired on April 16. I have never received the message from Aircel for confirmation that the port has been accepted when I tried to sent when there was signal. Now online I tried to get UPC and I got it but says expired. New UPC unable to generate. What to do?

My sim card with mobile no. [protected] is not working. On calling it says number does not exist. Seems my sim has been deactivated since it was inactive for some time. Sim had validity upto 2022 even then it has been deactivated that too without any prior information. Kindly fix it urgently as this number is important for me and is linked to a number of social and banking sites.

Have settled all dues prior opting the port transfer and sent mails to aircel with proofs. No response from aircel and they have collected repeatedly dues when number was already transferred to other operator in dec 2017. Telephone calls and personal visit to their office representatives did not give any proper response. The telephone number is [protected]which is currently with vodafone. Can share all documents on demand.

The aircel network informed to public, as they will close their network on april 15th and they provided upc codes to change networks without changing mobie number.

What they cared for retailers? Every retailer maintain minimum 1000rs to 5000 rs of balance in their ec sim. Also maintain 2000rs to 5000rs voucher stock for their business. Why aircel not planned to refund the amount for retailers?

I am one of them and need right solution...
