Airconnect Broadband Coimbatore — installation is not done even after 5 days of my payment

Dear sir/mam,
I have applied for new home connection and submitted my application with deposit amount on thursday 19/03/2020. Reference no. Is 03200894. Still i am waiting for the installation. I called the marketing person who had received my application and he doesn't know who would come for the installation. You know people are working from home and the internet connectivity is the critical one. That's why i have applied for the connection. Customer care person says they don't have any team to do the service now and they can do only when it is really possible. There is no response for the email and inquiry through their website. Can you please do the needful at the earliest?
