Hello dear sir/ma’am I’m a international student studying in Chicago from India. I had a ticket from patna to delhi and delhi to chicago. It was a connecting flight. My ticket was booked before 20 September 2021 and my flight was on jan 9th. One of your call center executive said i had a 3 bag allowance but at patna they didn’t allowed the 3rd bag even after talking to the call center executive. Please help me with it. I even have the call recording where i was said that my ticket have 3 bag allowance. Please see to it and give me a resolution for it. Thank you My contact no.
