Airindia — Flight Cancelled - Refund not received

I had booked my flight ticket through Air India Website in APR 2021.
Flight date was 3 JUN 2021.
That flight got cancelled due to COVID and I rescheduled it to next available date. then it got cancelled again due to COVID and I rescheduled it. Then it got cancelled again due to COVID and automatically got rescheduled.
My last flight date was 13-14 SEP 2021 which also got cancelled.
I called customer care on 4 SEP 2021 and waited for around an hour and asked if flight is cancelled I can not reschedule it anymore. she cancelled my ticket and gave me cancellation ID and told that I will get refund in 21 working days.
After 21 days, I did not get any refund and I was not able to check status of my ticket on website. I emailed customer care and they said I will have to wait for 20-25 business day after cancellation.
I sent email again on 15 OCT 2021 saying there is no refund yet there is no response to that email.
I sent email again on 9 NOV 2021. it responded that email is deactivated I need to fill Webform.
Filled web form on 11 NOV 2021 and they responded it is under process on 18 NOV 2021. No response on that ticket afterwards.
Filled webform again on 26 DEC 2021 and there was some glitch that I could not attach my ticket and they responded on 6 JAN 2022, they only provide support for ticket booked through airindia website and I need to contact agent. Well I had booked ticket myself from Air India website. and there is no response afterwards.
Filled webform on 8 JAN 2021 again there was glitch about uploading ticket and it created 5 tickets while trying to attach one pdf and they responded its under process on 13 JAN 2022. No response afterwards.
I tweeted about this on twitter on 8 JAN 2022 and they messaged the refund was send few months back and I need to fill webform to get more details on 8 JAN 2022. I told them I have already filled on 8 JAN 2022 but there was no response then I sent message again on 24 JAN 2022 and they say they need reference number for feed back. I have sent reference number but there is no response afterwards.
I had also contacted their office at airport in Surat. they just showed us the status that its refunded and said they can't help with anything.
I had contacted my credit card customer care to check about refund they said they need proof in email that it was refunded.
Air India responds that its refunded in Tweet / at their center but in Email they just say we are looking into it.
Now My credit card which I used to pay is expired and I do not have anything on my refund. it was 73000 INR which I paid in April and I do not have anything on it yet.
