When I booked my ticket, I had flight on 18 November at 9:45 PM from Frankfurt (Germany) -Delhi - Ahmedabad i had only 6 hours hold in Delhi so it was quit great for me, Therefore i booked my and my husband’s train ticket from Berlin to Frankfurt its was cost 108 euro, so I will easily reach airport at 3:00 PM, but around 10 days ago I got mail from Airindia that time my flight time is change from 12:05 PM to 12:45 PM but the worst part of that I did not get any mail from Airindia that my flight time is change from 9:45 PM to 12:05 PM.I was shocked because that little mistake of airlines is cost me 108 euro loss, Now I book other ticket that I get reached at 6:00 AM . Not only that but according to current Itinerary I will have 16 hours hold in Delhi which is very poor planning from Airindia . During this pandemic situation hold in airport for 16 hours it’s to dangerous for me. And now they are not capable to give me accommodation in airport . I have bad experience with Airindia, they just don’t care about customer and customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
