An Indian citizen, travelling from Nepal to India the staff at the counter misbehaved, unprofessional etiquette and not helpful at all. I saw someone check in with 24 kilos without any payment but i was asked to pay for 23 kilos. Despite mentioning I have flight to Sydney and I’m allowed 30kilos.
I was travelling alone, didn’t know the language and was mistreated.
It’s highly disappointing that Indian staff treat people with such disrespect. People never have good things to say about airindia and especially the customer service.
I need this to be resolved and a customer agent to call me. I paid for my ticket and extra luggage and I was discriminated against. Such discrimination is not acceptable especially against women. Was this information helpful? |
