I booked for airindia flight from delhi to bhubaneswar for the date 20th nov, 2019, in the name of swagatika priyadarsini, after the transaction was successful, money got debited from my account and credited to airindia. But the online booking page showed an error message and i did not get any pnr for the same booking.
I have mailed ai customer services, but they have not replied yet.
I want my refund asap.
As a proof i have attached the account statement showing the amount debited from my account.
