I have booked a seat on 7 March 2020 through https://callcenterpaymentsairindia.secure.force.com/payment?id=a022u000001fbtmAA...⇄ link after having a conversation with an customer care executive, but my seat was allocated to someone else when I checked it on 12th March 2020. It was very inappropriate and careless.
Because of that I had to book another seat as suggested by another customer care executive
