Airindia has taken my money without issuing ticket for me. Not even an Eticket was generated. I had tried to book flight from JFK New Delhi Mumbai for 14th July 2021. Payment was done on 8th July 2021 using an debit card BOA. Till date refund is not received. Refund team only does acting on call as if voice is not coming.
