From past 2 year you are saying refund is initiated and till now I haven't got the refund.called 100 times to customer care but no response Received only 1 ticket refund rest 3 tickets refund is pending the tick no are [protected], [protected], [protected] .. after calling customer care they are saying it's refunded but I didn't receive any amount in my card and i[censored] have done then send me bank reference/transaction number Attaching all details.please resolve ASAP
