Airindia — Refund my confirmed seats money

My name is surjit Kumar And I was a passenger on an Air India flight number 101. This was a International flight On April 28, 2022 at 1:45am Thursday.
I booked my flight On February 09, 2022 and confirmed all my fours seats with extra payments but when I check-in on air India counter they give me all Separate seats. I told executive, manager I have confirmed my seats number but they don’t want to Listen and directly they say me to go and file complain for that They can’t do nothing for this matter. I told and show everything
1 I have confirmed seats number
2 I pay extra for seats
3 main thing I have two kids (2 ys, 5ys)
But nobody want to listen and explain how can sit 2 ys or 5ys baby on separate seat without parents. I need to refund my money.
Please contact me as soon as possible to correct this situation. I would Appreciate a prompt Response.
Please also find enclosed copy of the ticket and boarding passes
