I booked an international flight for 6th November 2021 and it was cancelled due to rescheduling by airindia. Feedback form was filled immediately having. It was again filled as suggested by your customer care agents on 4/01/2022 and again on 12/04/2022 and finally got an email in response that refund will be credited within 10 days but no refund has been made till date and on calling customer care no. they always have the same reply that please fill the feedback form again and refund will be made in 7 days.
