Airindia — Refund on excess baggage

Hi I travelled from Telaviv, Israel to India on jun29th
I booked excess baggage piece concept for 144$ In https://bookme.airindia.in/AirIndiaB2C/Manage/Retrieve

which was deducted from my account and I have reference from my bank but it’s not reflecting in my PNR

I contacted several times to customer care sent many emails to airindia no response

I booked again excess piece in airport in airindia counter and took my laguage as I can’t travel with my laguage if I don’t pay they said.

I m contacting several times no response
Airindia is not issuing refund for the genuine payment return
