Airindia — Rescheduling ticket as airindia changed their timings

Hi,

Z99BF is my confirmation code. I called several times to air india regarding reschedule of my flight because they had made a major change in the flight time. As a result of the time change from air india i was not able to get my connection flight.

All the agents except one, had no idea what they are suppose to do and transferred me to ticketing department, which i was assured will be connected within a few minutes. I have waited almost an hour every time for the ticketing department to answer my call, not only nobody answered my call, but also it got disconnected almost an hour every time. I called them again and wanted to talk to the representative’s supervisor or senior. They are not even connecting to the senior as well. At this point, they asked me to call expedia, through which i booked. I have already told them that i have contacted expedia for the same matter, and when expedia tried to contact airindia, the same thing- nobody answering the call, happened. Expedia personnel has made a note regarding this and sent a mail to airindia, which airindia representative was denying. Also one representative was reluctant to disclose her name or any detail, so that I won’t be able to make any complaints against her. That same person transferred my call to ticketing department without my consent, also even though i had told her that do not transfer my call as nobody is answering my call.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.
