The complaint is in regard to my flight from CJB to BOM on 2nd Oct 2023, where my mother who is senior citizen, after landing in BOM i have requested the cabin crew for a wheelchair as she could not walk, which the cabin crew has obliged to provide the same for which he has requested the ground staff to assist with the service but found the ground staff was too busy with her mobile and unheard the request, thereafter the cabin crew requested the 2nd lady ground staff as I found the request for the service of wheelchair was apathy concern for the ground staff standing at the plane exit point, and I am very disappointed with the customer service being provided by the old airline flyer of yours especially to a senior citizen where the concern raised by them are unheard and this is not acceptable.
