I hereby bring to your kind notice that I have booked a Air ticket (No.[protected], PNR: Y7ZYM) for travelling from CCU(KOLKATA) to YYZ(TORONTO) on 9th Sept, 2021. However, I was not able to travel due to covid restrictions and I have cancelled the ticket on 15th Aug 21 through one of the Air India customer care representative. I waited for more than 21 days, and also called several time to Airindia by I did not get any refund
I called again on today 02.07.2022, where I came to know that my refund has been granted on 12.11.21. with reference id 098A1I14395YHH, But i still not get that payment in my account, They are asking me to ask to bank whereas bank saying they cannot give any clarification as I made this payment through an UPI app, My UPI id is [protected]@oksbi
I am totally fed up with the issue. Atfirst airindia was not given payment and now they are saying its processed and bank saying its not there concern.
Please help me out as soon as possilble.
