I have similar experience what Mr. Mayank Mithaiwala and Mr. smr faced.
I paid Rs.20,000/- to air king International in year 2003 through Bank Demand Draft as processing fee for Canada emigration.
They promised visa will be arrange within eight months.
But as of today almost 10 years passed they not given any feed back on this matter. I am repeatedly requesting them to refund my hard earned money.

he is fraud company i apply for CANADA as per his advertisement given visa in 6 months... i paid Rs.15000 as per discussion with him/her. but now almost 7 yers gone no visa or no refund..... i contact all persons but all are chit with me.....

My name is Manoj Kumar, in 2019, AirKing International took money from me for visa to Europe.First he took 50, 000 rupees from me and then 20, 000 rupees and passport from me.Unable to contact them at this time.I lost my precious three years, money and passport.I need my money and passport back as soon as possible.

I have paid a sum of 1, 50, 000/- right before Covid regarding my travel (study) in Singapore… I have been following up with them and they’ve only given me random reasons why there’s a delay, and then asked me to mail them regarding a cancellation for a refund that would be refunded back to my account in 90-180 days as mentioned in the agreement signed with them too… now there is no way of contacting them as all their numbers including office, staff and agents numbers are non existent/in rechable… this complaint is an attempt/chance for the concerned people to come settle my Money before I pursue them by filing a complaint in Koramangala police station. Really hope to have this resolved

My name is Rajan . I paid Rs Two lakh and Forty five thousand for a job in Europe. As they couldn't provide the job within the time and after exceeding the time also . So I asked many a times for refunding the amount which I had paid, but there was no response . And now they are not attending my phone calls also. So I humbly request the the particular authorities to do the needful and refund the amount .

Airking International from Mulund -Mumbai is one of the consultancy of job provided in abroad. But neither they provide any job nor money which they received as registration fee + processing fee which come around Rs. 16, 000/-.

I am still in contact with Airking international for my refund for which i have applied two years back. As their commitment refund should get in two months, but it passed two years now. THere is no any hope.
