Airports Authority of India — incorrect weighing of baggage at check in - jet airways

Traveling on 31st dec 2018 - jet airways - domestic travel - mumbai to nagpur
When the bags were weighed, the executive said that 3 kg is more and asked to remove some of the things. After few mins again weighed the same baggage, the same executive said 5.5 kg is more and i had to pay extra rs 2500.
I don’t think my baggage was more than the limit at all.

So i definitely think this is the jet airways is trying to charge more to the customer without reason
