Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for a csa post at igi airport on 20th june onwards with successfully paid application fee amount of rs. 350/-. Also i got a confirmation mail for successful submission of application. From few days i am receiving an inbox message to complete my application and when i open a site to check my application status it shows me that the application is rejected due to payment failure.
Please check the annexure for details.
My registration id: igi 34221 provided by you after submission of payment fee. I had made a payment through google pay on 20th june 2020 to instamojo qr with gpay transaction id: cicagkdjk8eslw.

I am consecutively trying to get in touch with you but nobody answering from customer care through either email or telephonic. The deadline for submission application is 15th july 2020, so i require an instant answer from your side.
