I came to visit India for holiday from London, my 2 suitcase went missing,
Chennai customs asked me fill a form and i have mention what was in the bag as i have the receipt for all my item in that bag and in that form it asked how much is worth inside the bag so i added up and wrote the amount of Rs 15000 because it does have perfume and and lot of chocolates does have 3 nike shoe . worth more than £320 which more than Rs 32000.
After i have signed all the document Chennai customs picked up form and start changing rubbing out the amount and they wrote it down Rs 10000 i told them this 2 bags worth more than Rs 32000.
whats the point of giving me document and then changing all of it after i signed ? i have signed some document who has the right to change my document? after i signed? they can right anything after i sign?
are they not fully trained?
this is how India look after a guest who came to visit? i feel really unsafe
e entry visa officer flirting and asking me to come and see in Chennai day after. India really need to train all the people who works in custom.
they need to know how to speak to the customers, i believe that who work in India airports are the face of India, and if they mistreat girl like this who will visit again. i do not feel like visiting again and this might the last time i came to this country Was this information helpful? |
