Sir,
In Raipur Airport, the people harass the passangers and take arbitrary money in the name of dropping and parking charges.
In case of complaints they threaten to fine 500 Rs.
They even flatly refuse to give any receipts.
Kindly stop the malpractice in swami vivekananda airport in Raipur.

Airports Authority of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Such types of complaints shall be addressed to the nearest police office in the form of F.I.R.
The police officer shall quire for the assurance of the violation of public order additionally and, if necessarily, the police officer shall redirect the complaint (application, F.I.R.) of Indian national to the police office of the Swami Vivekananda Airport or to C.B.I. in worst scenario, if there are sufficient evidences to believe of the involvement of the government or state officials in the incident.
