Dear Sir,

I had booked a return ticket in www.happyeasygo.com for Chennai - Hyderabad - Chennai. One of the Passenger did not fly on the return flight.

I got a SMS from the Airline that a NO SHOW credit for Rs.743/- has been credited to your travel agent happyeasygo. Kindly follow up with them & claim the refund.

On speaking the the customer care at Happyeasygo, i came to know that they will not refund the NO SHOW credit because its their Company policy. This is something like day light robbery where they want convenience fee while booking & cancelling, they want separate cancellation charges but will not give the the Credit which legally has to be given back to the passengers .

I am willing to go the legal way & stop this robbery if I dont get my refund & the Airport Authorities dont bring on strict accounting practices against these goons.
