non refund

Address: Puthenkad Madom, Thirumala Bhagom P O, Thuravoor, Alleppey, Kerala 688540

On 19.08.25 I booked 2 tickets to Kochi Hyderabad and back through this site in Indigo airline with PNR Z3ZBHF and X35YVV. On 31.08.2025 I cancelled both tickets and received cancel order No[protected] from HappyEasyGo. When I contacted Indigo yesterday I am told that amount has been transferred to HappyEasyGo account. So far I have not received neither amount nor any reply to my e mails in this regard from the company....

Airlines ticket

Had booked a ticket on 13th of June at 1.18 AM. PNR details are given below

Refund not received and not even initiated after 100 days

I had my flight from Bangkok to Delhi on 2nd Jan, but the flight got cancelled. I haven't got the refund yet, its been more than 100+days that i reached out to happyeasy go team. Airlines has confirmed on call and even when i viited there office that am eligible for full refund but travel agent has to initiate and complete. Refund amount not received

I got two air tickets from Hyderabad to Kolkata for Indigo airlines for 30th September, 2022 from app Happyeasygo . The order I'd for the same is[protected] and booking date is 2nd May, 2022.
However, due to a family emergency I had to cancel the tickets on 24th September, 2022. The app said that I will receive the refund amount between 45-90 days. It's been more than 90 days today and I'm yet to receive the refund amount....

Cancellation of Flight Tickets

Cheating customers saying 45-90 days to process refund!! Its been 5 months and I still dint get my refund. Countless calls and emails have been sent yet no response. A standard template of 7 working days is sent to wait for an update!! They are fooling and cheating people!!

Refund not processed after 110 days

The fight was cancelled on 2nd August, I was asked to wait for 90 days, then again for another 10 days and then again. I was left to forget the case and they never contacted me. I again asked them for refund and they asked another 10 days(7 working days), and even after 110 days they are asking more time. haramkhor

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we had to cancel our flight.

In-numerous emails and calls were made - all in vain. No response from their side.

cancellation policies

I booked a ticket from bangalore to jaipur for 13th may, 2018 and it showed refundable ticket while i was booking it. But due to same change in schedule i needed to cancel my ticket. I went to their site and it still showed refundable, but when i talked to one of their support members, they told me that i will get only rs100 on a ticket worth rs 3880 and i cant simply understand such cancellation policies.

From 4 years I am struggling for my refund from Happy Easy Go

It has been told to me that we are raising request and issuing refund but still refund not reflected in my account Of Rs 10000 which is supposed to be credited

Allready Vistara had refunded my money to Happy Easy go but still it has not reflected in my account

    Last to last year (24.10.2022) I canceled air ticket, till date I have not received the refund yet, according to company policy the refund should come within 45 to 90 days.. but even after more than 400 days I did not get the refund..
    I am sending regular mails, I am not able to understand how much more time it will take, I always get a reply saying wait for a few more days.

      Sir, I have booked the Air tickets through HappyEasy Go site in the month March 2020 and due to lock down and the cancellation of flights by the respective Airlines I have not travelled during the period.
      But the refund amount is not yet refunded by the Travel Agent Happy Easy go company.
      I have also contacted with the respective airlines through their customer care and email and they told and replied the refund amount is already returned to the Travel Agency,
      But till date I have not received the refund.
      The screenshot of the tickets are attached for your ready reference..
      Please help me..

          Dear Sir / Madam

          With reference to above, I have booked Air tickets against PNR no.UEH7HQ Trip ID[protected] journey date 16.05.2020 Ex-Ahmedabad to Patna vide Flight no.-SG-954, for which Flight was cancelled by the Airlines due to COVID-19 epidemic. Thereafter, the journey was completed vide Airline PNR S85PHV Order ID[protected] through Flight no. SG-8719 dated 05.12.2020 Ex-Ahmedabad to Patna against available Credit shell amount to Rs. 17, 565/-.

          Further, after journey completing on dated 05.12.2020, balance of an amount to Rs.3, 313/- was still available under Credit Shell & which was also confirmed by the Airline. In this regard, I have wrote several time as refund grievance, but till today I have not received balance credit shell amount. Therefore, once again it is requested to kindly look into the matter & process a refund for available Credit Shell amount Rs.3, 313/- at the earliest.

          This may be given priority.

              I cancelled a flight with penalty in April. It was an indigo flight. The flight ticket was around 14000 and after penalty deduction of 6000+ they owed me the rest. I wrote multiple mails to Indigo, Happyeasygo and several calls to both, most of which went unanswered. After many attempts, indigo informed they'd transferred the refund money to happyeasygo on the day of cancellation itself, but happyeasygo never processed it to me. I have call recordings of the executive informing that the transfer bounced in my bank account, the amount would be transferred in next 48 hrs, then next 48 hrs. Its August now, i still havent received the money.

                This is with reference to my PNR number CH2LTK, I have booked a Spicejet flight ticket (flexi plan – Zero cancellation charges) from Madurai to Mumbai for travel on January 2023 through happyeasygo.com. Subsequently, I have cancelled my booking in the month of February 2023.

                I have received confirmation from Spicejet they have refunded Rs. 5609 to the travelling agency account and requested me to co-ordinate with them.
                I am sending reminder since February 2023 to happyeasygo.com, but my issue is yet to be resolved. I have spoke with their team also multiple times, every time they asked me to wait another 24 hours to resolve.

                Can you please look in to this and get my refund.

                  Dear Team,

                  I booked Pune to Delhi flight ticket via Order ID#[protected] and Delhi to Pune via Order ID#[protected] on 1st July, the payment was deducted from my credit card but ticket was not booked.
                  I called customer service day after and they informed that in 48 hrs they will initiate the refund and an email will be sent to me for confirmation.
                  I haven't received any email yet so please kindly take a look and initiate the refund asap.
