Airports Authority of India — not issued boarding pass today while travelling to silchar | |||||
Today (15th dec-2017) i have a ticket for silchar in flight sg-3213 (Ticket trip id[protected] corporate booking at morning 6.20am from kolkata. I reached the airport at 5.20am and due to crowd in your gate no1 i reached the spice jet counter at 5.37am and at spice jet counter they refused to issue boarding pass, stating that they have closed the counter for silchar passenger at 5.35am. They told me to meet duty manager, saying that she only can do something. I meet with her (Priyanka) requested her for issuing boarding pass, she took sometime checking the status and refused to help me for this. After requesting for more than 20mints she did not agree to issue boarding pass. Her behavior was too rude towards me, way of talking was just like she is the owner of spice jet teaching me you should know the rules of spice jet, you need to report 1hour prior to your flight time. I just want to know does 2 mints or 5mints delay at counter for rush outside your gate no:1 make difference of issuing boarding pass?? Which results my important journey cancellation as well as ticket money loss and my return ticket to cancel. Just a harassment for customer for that misbehaved, unhelping attitude lady.
