Unable to login. This problem have been continue to exist from last 1 month. whenever try to login gives temporary error. There are important business related mail. So please see to this problem as early as possible.

My rediffmail account is not accessible with my existing password since 2 weeks. Attempts to recover password shows that the alternate email ID and the mobile number provided for retrieval are not related to me and seem to be hacked or changed by some unknown source. Further the chrome browser says that the password has been found in data breach. This is alarming problem since I am unable to access my rediffmail email account.
On trying to change my password, the phone number for retrieval/change of account password is noted to be having country code "+1", i.e., phone number related to United State, which can't be possible for me who has Indian phone number i.e., "+91" country code. Further the alternate email id for account retrieval also is some unrelated account.

My email account (****@rediff.com) has very important official communications and bank transaction information and all my bank and email correspondences are linked to this email account.

I have sent the query to rediffmail India customer support ([protected]@rediff.co.in). They have given generated a ticket for my complaint and asked for details about my problem on 17th Apr'24. But the problem is still not resolved till today 28 Apr'24 and I am not getting reply to my queries since 19th Apr'24. The email account being very important, is still not accessible.

I request the rediff.com India to provide technical support that can quickly resolve these hacking issues on a time bound basis and if needed arrange for quick redressal cell for technical issues related to retrieval of rediffmail accounts that are subjected to data breach.

I have recovered my rediff account today, and i see the sent items is empty. i would like to recover the complete mails in the inbox and sent items.

I am trying to access some of old emails which contains details of my past trades and holding statements. However, a lot of them are not opening with the following message:

"We are unable to process your request right now. Please try later."

This is quite difficult as I need these documents for my tax filing...

I am not able to login into Rediff Money inspite of changing password.

Dear sir
I have an account in rediffmail ([protected]@rediffmail.com) since 2000. From last few days when i tried to login, the log in failed and this message was appearing. "Wrong username and password combination."

I am entering the correct ID and password, even i reset the password using my recovery mail. But login is again failed.

My recovery mail ID is bhaskar007.[protected]@gmail.com

Kindly do the needful and resolve this issue at the earliest.

I have had no reply back from customer service since 09.122023.

Issue: I have been trying to delete this email address [protected]@rediffmail.com since last year.

I followed the procedure of waiting for 90 days without accessing it to automatically delete the email, but it is still active.

I then contacted customer support on their email who replied saying that they will let me know once the task...

I am a user of My Portfolio for about 2 decades and of late often could not log in with msg 'username and password does not match' in spite of keing in correct credentials. Even after using the option Forgot Password the problem persists.

I am not able to sign in to my portfolio as it says username and password does not match. I tried forgot password link twice bit not successful.

There are a few fraudulent transactions on given dates and I do not see any OTP mails in my Inbox. Therefore, i requested Rediff to provide a detailed report whether there was any OTP mails hit on the specific dates but Rediff isn't supporting. Appreciate you escalate and help me have this report. thanks

My name is Gandhi Palanisamy and my rediffmail is [protected]@rediffmail.com and I forgot my password, when I tried to reset my password, the recovery email and the mobile number hacked and changed to different one and I am not able to reset my password. Please help me to reset my password.I sent email to customer rediffmail customer support and they are not helping me to reset the password.
I can provide any proof like passport copy or license to reset my password.

This error comes again while i m trying to log in....

My email [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked and used by some other user who has changed the recovery mail. This is the first email account of mine so have emotions attached with it. Kindly help

My email id [protected]@rediffmail.com was compromised and another profile had been created in the name of ‘aalu’. The hacker used my email id to send an e-mail to the World Bank on 8th April 2023 alleging certain unethical practices by the Company where I am employed. I request if you can provide me the IP address form where the attached e-mail was sent, to enable me to file an appropriate Police Complaint against the hacker.
