Airports Authority of India — patna airport entry was denied 2 hours before flight time

Hello sir,

This is an unexpected and unpleasant experience which costed me a long time of bad health.

I was traveling to pune from patna on 9th dec 2018 by spicejet and the flight time was 9:55 am. I was traveling to catch my flight from raxaul (Around 200km from patna). I decided to took the night bus which reached patna before time and i was on the airport around 4am in the morning. It was freezing outside. I tried to get inside the airport and i was stopped by the cisf security personnel. I asked the reason and they said entry is not allowed before 8am. I requested them to get me inside as i was having fever and it was freezing outside but in vane. I had to wait 4 hours in freezing cold outside the airport just to catch my flight. This is something completely inhuman and bizarre. Please take action against this.
