I had booked a cargo service from Patna airport with Spicejet airline . They mentioned flight number SG8722 and mentioned a date of 25/08/2019, Sunday, for the delivery on my invoice. The cargo was supposed to reach Delhi by 5p.m and when I reached Spicejet cargo office they told me that they have changed the flight to SG8481 as the flight for which my cargo was booked doesnt even operate on Sunday. So they charged me 2, 171/- for the service that they did not provide but also provided me wrong information causing delay in the work for which...

I was traveling from Mumbai to Jaipur in spice jet flight SG 6276, I was made to wait for 15-20 min because of some technical glitch and by that time I was denied boarding pass as boarding had already begun. As a compansation they the accommodated me in the evening flight, that was due after more than 12 hours, what about the compansation of my lost time, my cab charges of 1500 rs as I had to travel back to home and then to airport again? Such a non professional behavior of ground staff, I had to go through so much mental stress....

The damage was considered as normal wear and tear

"normal wear and tear (Scratches, torn zippers, straps, wheels, handles, scuffs, dents, soiling or manufacturer defects)." apparently, this is a case of baggage mishandling.

Spice crew which was available on arrival gate checked and mark the damage on bir report which is attaching for your reference. (Damage area highlighted in attached bir report for your reference, he assessed it as major damage, not just a problem with the bag handle).

Highly appreciate if you could let me know how you investigate...

Spice Jet Airlines — no information about flight degradation

Hi,

I had a spice jet flight, sg-8481 on the 18th august 2019 from patna to delhi which was at 17:10 hours. I wasn't able to do the web-checkin and after reaching airport i was informed at the counter that the flight has been degraded and we will accommodate you in the next flight which was at 20:25 from patna on flight sg-8145.

I am thankful that i was given a flight but why wasn't the passengers informed about the flight degradation. We had to sit at the airport for good 4-5 hours doing nothing. How do you want to compensate the time loss we had in the airport.

This is to highlight the very disturbing and unprofessional instance with spicejet. I was travelling with my family from goa to delhi (Spicejet booking pnr sggrmx: 17 aug 2019 goa-delhi for mr. Oberoi) on aug 17, 2019 flight scheduled at 2:35 pm. I had booked three luggage (2 suitcases and 1 travel bag). When i reached home with all the luggage i found out that a few of the clothes were missing from my luggage (Travel bag) that included my t-shirts and my son clothes. On 3/08/2019, me and my cousin sister with an infant travelling from dubai to cochin, a passenger who was drunk alchohol misbehave to us, by putting his hand and leg on our body. The cabin crew never made a look on him. Then another passenger noticed this and he helped us to change the seat. Such a bad experience. Please aware about those things. Spice Jet Airlines — misbehave of spice jet employee

The employee of spice-jet misbehaved with me and charged 1200 when i brought this matter to them, they threatened to off board me. This episode cause me severe mental agony and breaking of some of cosmetic items of value 2000 and losing of my house key.

My flight was on 11:15am sg-6265 flight number from mumbai to guwahati... I reached the counter by 10:35am, i agree i was late but i was stuck in a messive traffic plus the driver had mislead the route, i had requested u may say pledge but they didnot even respond, my mom is been hospitalized and i hv to reach home anyhow.
Such a inhuman service, i wl never ever travel with spicejet very worse experience

Today i travelled from vijayawada to bangalore through spice jet. Landed in bangalore at 9.15pm. We are waiting for the bus to come and pick us from last 40min with no success so far. Lots of people has connecting flights and families standing with kids. It is so unfortunate that the crew is not in a position to be accountable and responsible.

After 40min the same bus which was packed and took first batch of customers returned back. At the cost of customer pain these airlines are making money. No corporate governance and unprofessional management. These people are best suited for...

Hi I have paid for the window seat on flight SG 415 unfortunately I have not been assigned the window seat which spoils my experience apart from that when I have raised a complaint with the cabin crew and ground staff there was no support from them and they ask me to seat on 30c instead of 30 a. The cabin crew staff told me that they are trying to help me but no effort taken by them, they even did not bother to offer me some other seat. It's a cheating. The seat which was assigned to me was not upto the standard. I was not able to have my meal due to damage food tray. Video attached....

I have booked a ticket with spice jet through ixigo after 10 days i got a mail from spice jet that my flight got cancelled due to some operational issues and i will get the full refund. But now when i am calling there customer service number they are saying that all the executives are busy in helping other customers and nobody is listening to my problem. I am khushi mahlawat travelled from delhi to bangalore on 17 aug. 2019..
I submitted my 2 bags one was trolley bag and other was a bag pack..
When i got the trolley system of my bag was completely damaged...
Pls. Take necessary action...
And help me what i could do... As it was mere carelessness of the staff authority...
Also the luggage checked in was not verified in front o[censored]s so that we could edit it as my power bank was caught and just taken away by the
Authority.....

Damaged tail rudder part (Used for controlling direction and tilt of aircraft) of spice jet ' clove' aircraft that i have just now boarded for ahmedabad. Brought to notice of ground duty staff, they said it is just fading of the color at that spot. While coming to pune yesterday (16th august) was also same aircraft with same defect. Yesterday also brought it to the notice of airhostess, she also said it is faded color and safe for travel. Still, again they are operating the same aircraft....

Spice Jet Airlines — refunding money

On 18/07/2019 i canceled my flight ticket (Pnr no h5tqwy), booked through clear trip but yet my money is not returned to me.

Regarding the refunding money, on 26 july, 30 july, 2 august, 5 august, 14 august, i wrote mails to "[protected]@spicejet.com" but i did not get any positive response.

I never expect such type of behavior from spice jet

I would be grateful if you look at the matter and help me to get an idea about the status of the refunding money or could you please let me know who i should contact (Maybe government authority) to get solution...

My pnr is wdd9gd, dated 02/08/19 from dxb - gop, mr sheikh mashiha, the baggage is not received yet. I came on occasion (Festival) of the eid-ul-azha. The airlinece is lost the baggage. I call several times to customer care and twitter also but reply only my team is working.

Spice Jet Airlines — did not allow to board pregnant

I am really disappointed with the spice jet service in bial (Bangalore airport) they did not allow my wife who was pregnant and my mother who was supposed to board the flight at 5:40am we were 10 minutes delay to spice jet counter no 6.
The reasons for the delay was they have made some changes in the airport route which was recently changed to reach the arrival point hence it took some time to reach to the counter.
Me and wife literally requested both spice jet counter as it was emergency, but they were not helpful and they could not cancel and refund the amount as they informed it...
