Dear Team and DGCA,

I am compelled to bring to your attention the appalling experience I’ve had with SpiceJet regarding flight U99RSY, which has not only disrupted my travel plans but caused significant mental and logistical distress.

Summary of Events:

Original Flight: Pune to Jaipur on 25 July 2025, cancelled abruptly around 10:00 PM IST without prior notice or explanation. I had reached airport and until last moment, I was told that flight is delayed.
Alternate Flight: I was rebooked only up to Delhi (Pune to Delhi) on 26 July 2025 at 7:10 AM under the same PNR. No arrangement was made for my onward journey to Jaipur.
Accommodation: I was left stranded overnight with zero support or accommodation provided.
Final Leg of Journey: I had to independently arrange travel from Delhi to Jaipur, incurring additional costs and stress.
Impact: I have a critical meetings and seminars scheduled tomorrow, and this entire ordeal has jeopardized my preparation and peace of mind.
SpiceJet’s handling of this situation has been nothing short of negligent and indifferent. The lack of empathy, accountability, and basic customer service by the people on the ground especially Radhica is deeply disappointing. At one point, she was showing tantrums.
Attached are my boarding passes for both the original and revised flights.

Demands:

While no monetary compensation can truly offset the mental agony and inconvenience I’ve endured, I demand:

Full reimbursement for accommodation expenses in Pune,
Compensation for travel costs from Delhi to Jaipur,
Additional compensation for the emotional distress and professional impact caused by this mismanagement.
I expect a prompt and serious response to this complaint. Failure to address this adequately will compel me to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.

    Rescheduled flight 4 times and now not giving refund

    Hi,

    I booked flight SG-151 from New Delhi to Bengaluru on 27th May 2025 at 20:20 PM. The flight got delayed by airline to 28th May 2025 at 20:20 PM then got rescheduled to 22:50 PM on 28th May 2025 and again got rescheduled to 1:50 AM on 29th May 2025.

    I called the support team and asked to give me alternate flight as the time is 1 50 am and with a child I cant travel alone. They gave me one more flight at 10...

    Horrible experience

    I am writing with extreme frustration . I had booked the spice jet flight for the 15th by SG 124 to Dehradun from Delhi and initial STD was 14:30 which got delayed thrice and we finally started at 17:10.

    Flight got cancelled and were giving me alternate for 5 days later

    On 23 April 2024 I purchased a flight from Varanasi to Jaipur for 4 passengers on 29 November 2024. Booking # FFU1SA for INR 41, 628 paid via my Visa credit card.

    Non payment of compensation matter regarding

    During travelling on SG8193 dated 10.11.2024 form Delhi to Ahmedabad with my wife, officer's of spicejet denied boarding on the said flight and given move for next day i.e. 11.11.2024 alognwith DNBD compensation as per company policy.     Money deducted but customised addons not added

    I bought ticket for CCU-DEL ( PNR UEHJKW) .I purchased Rs.760 and Rs. 515 add on seat (2 times). The preferred seat is not showing in the ticket for Ms. Sudakshina Ghosh even after paying 2 times.

    Flight out of Delhi SG193. Should have left 10.10. Left at 4.40 (airborne)
    Landed 6 PM Was out of airport by 7 PM.
    Staff said they would provide refreshments but all we got was a noodle soup for a 7 plus hour delay.
    On top of that my luggage was damage
    Also could not do a web check in and there is no information from where the flight leaves.
    I traveled to IGi Terminal 3 and had to take a second ola taxi to terminal 1.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against SpiceJet Airways regarding an **8-hour delay** on my flight from Mumbai to Delhi on **[9th September 2024l]**, Flight Number **[Flight Number SG-8158]**. This extended delay caused significant inconvenience, and the situation was exacerbated by the **rude behavior** of the airline staff.

      The staff at the airport were not only unhelpful but also dismissive when approached for information regarding the delay. Their unprofessional and rude conduct further added to the distress experienced by the passengers.

      Additionally, during this delay, a male passenger **abused and shouted at other customers**, while a female passenger, dressed in black, also **raised her voice and behaved rudely**. The airline staff did nothing to control this situation or assist the affected passengers.

      I am sharing a video that captures the misconduct of both the passengers and the airline staff. I request that the Consumer Forum investigate this incident thoroughly and ensure that appropriate actions are taken against SpiceJet Airways for their poor handling of the situation, as well as the behavior of their staff.

      Please let me know if further information or documentation is required from my side.

        Excessive delay of flight

        I booked a flight for Pune to new Delhi which was supposed to go on 11.08. Aug at 7:25 pm. But spicejet before send a message that your flight has been rescheduled due to operational reasons.         Damage of luggage
