[Resolved] Airsofa.in — Airsofa.in Defect in Goods and Deficiency in Services | |||
It is with great regret that I am writing this letter to you as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to Airsofa.in negligent services. On 1st October 2013, I had purchased Air sofa (Green Velvet sofa) from Airsofa.in company. Towards this purchase, I paid Rs 4500 through by cash to your company. At the time of purchase, Airsofa.in company executive assured me that a Alluma wallet and Travelling Bag will be given as a complimentary gift. However, when I received the product, I found that Black Velvet sofa was delivered to me and there was no gift. Immediately I filed a complaint with Airsofa.in company officials but they didn’t respond and my complaint over looked. The most frustrating and agonizing part is that after repeatedly requesting and discussing the problem with the company's adviser, I was just given false assurances but no one was ready to solve my problem. For many days, I waited to get some response from Airsofa.in company but they never responded. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me. I look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.
