Few days before suddenly my sim was not working and i unable to received calls and messages. I submit my compliant online through airtel portal but complaint still unresolved. I visit airtel store where they told me to change sim card and for that they charge rs. 25/-. I changed my sim. I am able to received calls but message service is still not working. I am not able to receive message since last 4 days. Worst service from airtel.

    Since i m using airtel simcard. I m facing some problem like, i cant make calls from where i m living. Second thing is they are deducting data without using net. I have spoken about this to one of executive his name is manoj kumar and they are not giving me good answer.. And also they are very rood.. Kindly do something against them.. I m waiting for answer.

      I am srinivas alakanti recently converted my number [protected] from idea to airtel. Started using from 19th of november and within seven days they charged rs. 1400.

      Apart of that they barred my outgoing calls and asking me to pay rs. 1070 to start the outgoing calls.

      Since i am in rs.399 plan how they charged rs. 1400.

      Contacted customer care people several times they said vas are activated for that they charged rs. 1400.

      Without my confirmation they have activated automatically and i requested to stop three times and i got message that value added services are stopped.

      Still they charged rs. 1400 and customer care people not responding and asking me to pay rs. 1070.

      So please help me out to solve this issue.

        Dear sir/mam,
        I have requested a sr[protected] to shift my fixedline services to the same premises (Same hosue at different point).
        I have followed up many times to resolve the issue and got the same reply they will be addressing immediatly but no further action.
        I have waited almost a month and the issue is not resolved and the sr is closed without noticing me.
        Finaly i got frustrated as this has not been solved and had to go for disconnection.

        I would really want to take action on this. Please get back to us.

          I was using an number with account no [protected] and i stopped usign this number from mar-17 and i have made about 8, 500/- to this number and now after 8-9 months i am getting message to pay due of [protected] else your services for number/relationship no [protected] will be stopped... So now my services for [protected] has been stopped and i asked your helpline what is the due now after 8-9 months you are reminding me.

          So they told me ther were 4 bills were pending total amount jan-17 to apr-17 approx 16k so if you subtract 8, 500- payment from 16k (Approx) iit will be 8000 (Approx) due left toward me

          Than why you airtel asking me to make payment of 13k something.

          Now coming to your collection team fraud...in march they told me sir, you can make pyament of 8000 than you no need to pay anything as will provide you discount. And now you are backing out steps from statement given by your collection team. These collection team are not part of mine its part of your only than also i am backing out from your words... These were actully your words not your collection team words.

          So i will pay bill and will file a case in consumer court will ask my advocate to do so today only and in whole life never recommand airtel to any one... And after paying will will port my number.

          Your services and behavior is really disappointing and fraud. And why you can barred my services of [protected]... Anyways no issue will file consuemr court case and regarding the same will port out after making your this payment. Now you have backed out from your words...

            I am currently using 399 rs postpaid plan and for last month usage i was charged 1069 rs for using both data and voice,
            Data was charged extra 500 rs as my current plan had 2 gb free data and not sure why i was charged extra 500 rs with the bill when i had free data of 2gb in account.
            Kindly give me a clarity on this issue at the earliest.

              As i recharged from airtel app recharge of rs.198 so during that in rs.198 the validity was for 28 days then when i'll recharged then suddenly the company has put t&c for 3 days... Company is giving wrong details and i've done online recharge as well... This a mistake of company that earlier it was written for 28 days then they have converted to 3 days.. As to proof i've put undersigned file/photo in which in rs.198 it has given for 28 days... So please its mine humble request that please look in this...& refund my money or give compensation regarding this...

                I have postpaid connection (Mob: [protected]) and activated 298 rs monthly plan on august.
                Its 149 rental and 149 booster pack.

                I have seen in my postpaid bill of duration 4th oct 2017 to 03 nov 2017, one time charges 649 rs is added.

                I have not request for any other services, please let me know about this service charge.

                Any service should not suppose to be activated without my confirmation on my number.

                Please settle this amount in next billing cycle.

                  I did not activate glamourzone service though company started this service on my number [protected].. And diducted rs.5/ day from my account.. I realy disappointed from airtel service.. I am just thinking about change the service provider because its a cheating from company.. Goverment should take the action against company because you can see so many complaints above my complaint..

                      Sir mera airtel number [protected] hai. Jisse koi bhi sms send nahi ho raha hai. Mere sim par baar baar sms send hona band ho jata hai. Main airtel main bahut baar complain kar chuka hoon. Jab main complain karta hoon tab airtel se sms send hone lagta hai aur kuch din tak send hota hai lekin uske baad sms send hona phir se band ho jata hai. Please check kare.

                        Dear team,

                        This is about one transaction which got failed on november 20th, 2017 while i was trying to do a recharge of rupees 549 to my airtel number [protected].

                        Since the transaction got failed, i can expect that the recharge did not reflect to my number but the worst part was the fact that the money got debited from my sbi account as well.

                        Though i got the same recharge done on the same day via some third party vendor which was successful but still 549 rs. Have not been reflecting back in account which was initiated from my end and till today i have no information about the refund if it will be transferred back to my account or not.

                        So request you to kindly look into the issue and initiate the refund of the balance either in my airtel wallet or my sbi account number from where the transaction was initiated.

                        Hoping for a response.

                        Please let me know if any information is needed from my end.

                          I recharged their 448 rs. Prepaid plan for my mother's number through paytm today at 9:13 pm.. It showed that payment has been done successfully. But she hasn't received any confirmation sms and no amount has been recharged.
                          I have got an operator reference number in the invoice of paytm.
                          It is[protected]. Since the complain registration is bit painful on ivr system and i live away from her, it has become a bit complicated process. Also there is nowhere mentioned on the website, how to register complains. Airtel please mend your ways and pay attention to your customers and their satisfaction.

                            I have not been able to send sms from my airtel number for over a month now.
                            After calling the service center multiple times on 27th nov between 8pm and 10:30 pm, all i got was incomplete and repetitive information.
                            With the help of google i was able to find the steps to set the message service centre number but i get this error now : setting interrogation failed.
                            The airtel "executives" have no solution and all i do is spend money on taking to customer care. Also, if i ask to talk to a supervisor, i am put on an indefinite hold.
                            Apart from the inability of airtel to provide basic services like sms, having a incompetent customer care division who trick customers by putting their calls on hold and ignore them until they hang up by themselves is completely unacceptable.
                            I am looking for an immediate resolution of my problem which is due to improper settings provided/made by airtel.

                                I hv decided by airtel #ing costumer service abt 448 plan.. They told me of getting unlimited calling n 1gb net.. Today i was not able to call anyone coz i hv been now told that i can use max 300 minutes a day.. I was using jio for a year and airtel for 8 years.. But i saw the difference.. Jio is the best.. Airtel wale madoorchod saare choor hai.. Mujhe bola b nhe gaya ki limit hai calling ka warna main kabhi chokta b nhe airtel walon pe...

                                  I have lodged a complaint in this forum on 23 nov 2017 regarding excess billing on [protected] (Post paid connection) and also lodged with the nodal officer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
                                  Instead of resolving the grievance, airtel is demanding payment immediately and i am receiving daily calls.
                                  I am having the correspondence made with airtel since 04 october 2017 which was forwarded to nodal officer today in pdf format.
                                  I was using only whatsapp at all places wherever wifi is available n have not accepted any incoming calls nor made any outgoing calls. I have switched off the mobile data / cellular data through out my abroad trip. Yet i was charged with abnormal amount and was receiving calls for payment daily.

                                  Trust airtel will wake up n delete the unnecessary / disputable charges levied and regenerate new bill so that i can dispense off with this post paid connection, which is nothing but robbing the customers

                                      Iam recently converted vodafone postpaid to airtel. My internet connection was not good. I complained several times to airtel customer care but my problem was not solved. Please do the needful.
                                      My handset is 4g supported but it shows 2g i. E., e symbol.
                                      I thought great about airtel comparing to other networks, but when i ported from vodafone i doesn't appearing in services.
