I did an online recharge of rs100 (Full talktime) on 15th nov using rs75 from airtel payment bank and rs 25 from my debit card, transaction id [[protected]]. The transaction showed as failed, however the said amount was deducted both from my airtel payment bank and my debit card.
I had multiple rounds of discussion with customer care, airtel gallery and was told it would be reversed in 5 days. It is close to 15 days and yet not refunded to my account. On visiting gallery or customer care, looks like either they don't know how their own system works or don't want to help, they keep suggesting ivr nos which doesn't proceed anywhere wasting my time and effort.

Need my amount refunded back to my payment sources (Airtel payment bank and debit card) asap

I again visited the gallery and also called the customer care which was a sheer waste of time and effort. The customer care team on multiple occasions neither knew the process and disconnected my call saying that they are forwarding to their supervisors as they were not able to resolve my issue. Need my amount refunded back to my payment sources (Airtel payment bank and debit card) asap
I am new airtel 4g customer and trying to activate SIM since last 24hours but I have received a common messege every time stating we are activating your services and later on activation request is not received try again.

Can you please tell me what the problem actually is?

Hoping for early response from airtel.

    My mobile number is [protected] and relationship number is[protected]
    I have received a bill of rs. 1042.92 for the month 26th oct - 25th nov.
    The bill includes rs. 372.57 as roaming charges, whereas my bill plan already includes roaming outgoing free. I was also charged the same last month and i had to go through a lot of call with the customer care so that the charges were waived off.

    This is the second month in a row where i am complaining about the same issues. Can you please take care of this on priority or i'm really thinking of changing the operator.

    I tried sending messages to 59109, but it was not sent properly it seems. I was getting error message

      I recharge the vodafone no. [protected] with rs349 On oct 12th from my airtel app. Rs 349 is deducted from my axis bank account but not got the recharge. I made many calls to customer care they told me that only airtel number can recharge from my airtel app.when I ask them what about my deducted money of rs 349 they told me that It will automatically refund in my account within 10 working days.but till 03rd of nov I got no refund then I made a complaint about this matter.My complaint no. Is conrc [protected]. I have got no refund till today 03rd dec 2017. please do the needful .

        Hi,

        i ported my BSNL number to Airtel on 11th nov 2017. after the port i am facing a lot problems like incoming call barred, sms barred. only outgoing working, i registered 20 times my complaints by telephonic and email but no proper response found anyone. is this type of poor service provide airtel where the customer stuck.

          I have two questions.

          1. Airtel tezpur branch office (Assam circle) don't take aadhar as document id proof. May i know why?

          2. I was told that mnp takes minimum 19 days for activation wherese in airtel website its clearly reflecting maximum 7 days. May i know why they take it so long and mismatch between ads and in real?

            Hi team, i have a post connection plan with airtel with a 349 plan,

            For this month i have been charge monthly charges of 1063, can you expain what is the reason behind this without any notification, this seems to fool your customer with any intimation, i would be complaining in the consumer forum, if this monthy charge is not taken back.

                Hi,

                Firstly, i have been using airtel for the last few years, and have little trouble resolving issues, but this time the inability to resolve this matter for the last 1 month by the customer support have prompted me to address this issue on this platform.

                To clarify mentioning below the points & sequence of events which led to all this:

                1) i made a relocation request on 21st sept, and as suggested by the customer care tech support, i took the modem along with me and shifted to the new house on 26th where new installation was done, successfully.

                2) due to some error in your system, i did not receive any communication regarding ebill for the period 26/08/2017 to 25/09/2017 for the old number, and despite me reminding the customer care of the same, i did not get the ebill for that period.

                3) however, i received the ebill for the month of 26/09/2017 to 25/10/2017 on 29th for the new connection, which i paid successfully on 30th oct and that's why the amount due is 0. Reference number on the netbanking. This has already been communicated on these calls.

                4) on nov 2, i received the ebill for the month of 26/09/2017 to 25/10/2017 for the old number with the incorrect amount and period, adding the amount for aug and sept bills, presumably due to a functionality bug on your system.

                Again, for old number [protected] it should have been rs 2476 for the period 26/08/2017 to 25/09/2017, and this number should already have been deleted from my account immediately after the relocation.

                There have been countless calls which have resulted into nothing. People from various numbers, acting on behalf of airtel, have called to resolve the issue without having any idea on this. It will be difficult to keep responding to all these useless conversations.

                Now, i have invested a considerable time and effort in explaining to each and everyone of these conversations. I would again request you to take this matter to heads of every concerned departments and would urgently request a response from them. I would expect better efficiency from airtel.

                  Hi, done a porting to airtel a week before but not able to recharge in any mode. Able to receive call and sms. Checked with customer care no progress. Visited all the airtel stores around my area but nobody able to help. Some stores not ready serve for prepaid customer.

                  Now thinking bad about me for switching to airtel.

                    Waiver not being processed on time which results in late payment fees + service disconnection.

                    At present the waiver will not be processed at all until the whole amount is paid from customer side to release the connection later i will raise a complaint to claim it back.

                    From the day one i took the connection was not as expected.
                    The router which they gave me was not a 100% quality product router name: binatone.
                    I raise the complaint which was kept open for 90days. Whenever the field engineer comes to home he will have a superb d-link high power router and check the connection status and says sir! The mpl server is down, cable is fault, junction box issue and pack up with out resolution but the complaint will be clsoed and i have to open up a new complaint to followup.

                    The day i took the connection, the junction box which was sitting on my same building was full hence they planned to take the connection form the next street which was the first mistake. The length of the wire was too long from junction box. The speed of the internet was not 100% satisfied.

                    The stability of the connection was not satisfied 100%.
                    I was not able to do my office work which is the primary reason for getting a connection from airtel.

                    Inspiteof raising many complaints the issue was not resolved.
                    Now airtel wants me to pay for the connection which did not work for a long time to resume it and then provide the waiver.

                    As promised airtel did not provide waiver on time instead put it on my head.
                    As agreed airtel should not come and knock my door for any future communications.

                      I have my postpaid mobile no. Of airtel [protected] in the month of october -2017 i had made final payment of rs.121.43 and my number was ported to idea in august 2017. And balance was nil
                      In nov-2017 idea number was temporary disconnected and customer care told me that your number is disconnected as there is outstanding of rs.121.43, i again made a online payment of rs. 122 on 28.11.2017 and visited air tel office at srinagar and obtained statement and it shows credit balance of 122. And phone is still disconnected.. I request that my mobile services may kindly be restored and refund of rs.122 to be credited to my bank account. And harassment may be compensated to rs.5000

                        I am subscribed to e bills on to my computer, under my email id [protected]@yahoo.com. Two bills were scheduled to be emailed for the period 17th october 2017 to 16th november 2017, and till date bills (Post paid period) for my mobile numbers [protected] (Your relationship no.                           This is the worst business by airtel. My landline number is[protected]. I had paid rs.500 to activate safe custody both on my landine and broadband connection.
                          Still i am getting bills generated on monthly basis.
                          Without my consent, often, the airtel connection is activated back from safe custody.

                          Recently i got bill generated for rs.829. I spoke to customer care numebr of times.

                          Below are the interaction id's

                          1.[protected]. Spoke to aastha and complained on unconfirmed safe custody deactivation and bill generation.

                          2.[protected]. Spoke to ramya and complained on unconfirmed safe custody deactivation and bill generation.

                          3.[protected]. Spoke to maria and complained on unconfirmed safe custody deactivation and bill generation. I got promised the bill will be reveresed to 0.

                          4.[protected]. Spoke to uma and complained on unconfirmed safe custody deactivation and bill generation. I got promised the bill will be reveresed to 0.

                          The safe custody should be active till february 6th 2018. Until then i should not be charged any amount in the bill.

                          If the bill is not reveresed to 0, or if this continues to happen by charging me with bill during safe custody or deactivating safe custody without my confirmation, i will file this to consumer court and send notice to airtel.

                          I will demand heavy compensation for cheating, killing customer's time and looting the money illegally.

                          I will definitely cancel my airtel connection post february 6th. Worst telecom company in india in terms of looting money and earning illegally by airtel.

                            Since i have added 300rs to my airtel payments bank app & i am trying to recharge my airtel dth it's showing debit is not allowed with your account and i am also unable to send 300rs to my bank. It's very big problem for me as money is stuck inside it. It is such a worst app in which they are not giving you rights what to do with my money. Please solve this problem this is disgusting.

                              I just ported from vodafone to airtel believing tat it would give better service. Worst part is i don't get incoming calls at al.. My number always is not reachable. Internal also keeps fluctuating. When i called customer care nobody responded well.

                              Despite of too many ppl advising not to choose airtel, i still did so, even though i was a tenure customer to vodafone. I wish airtel doesn't become junk network provider.

                                  I ported reliance gsm into airtel 4g. 15 days have been but my airtel sim not started to work. I gone to airtel store in vidhyadhar nagar. Jaipur where i bought this sim. But no help has been done. I m very fed up by ur airtel store persons and ur customer care. Please resolve my problem. Other wise i dont want your service. I will go to other network sim.

But ever since the service is activated, it has been only 0.4 to 0.8mbps and seldom touched 1mbps. Can you please rectify and restore the promised speed. If it is not possible, please deactivate broadband service.

                                      Hello! I tried recharging a 4g pack for amounts rs.199 twice through your official website on 27th november 2017. The transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. This is a really bad user experience at airtel's end.

                                        I would like to submit a complaint about airtel services. I have tried calling customer care several times about network issues. Especially with the 3g and 4g services. It is very unreliable and just doesn't work. I have several screenshots to prove my claim.
