I am a satisfied user of airtel services but the bill which i recieve every month is beyond my budget i would like you to please provide me any special plan ie: give extra data or reduce my bill amonut as the amount which i need to pay every month is a bit high and would like to get a discount or other wise i would have to get my connection disconnected.

    Respected sir/madam,
    With due respect i would like to state that on 31 oct i received a call from airtel no - [protected] regarding intex aqua i7 touch screen mobile as a special offer on my no [protected]. She persuaded me to pay rs.3500/- for a mobile worth rs. 12000/-. Then the same varified by the no[protected]. On 07 nov i received a parcel from go sales pvt ltd, shastri nagar new delhi-110052 mob no-[protected]. I got release the parcel by paying rs.3500/-. But to my surprise when i opened the parcel i got intex mobile eco 105 worth rs.900/-.
    I registered my complain with the above no [protected],[protected] and [protected] but all in vain. Finally i got successful and registered my complain and got the complain no-744107. Pl solve this issue by sending the intex aqua i7 touch screen mobile. I am helpless and going to file my complain in consumer court.

      There is no proper network in my area (Pin: 530046- satavahana nagar). If the network is available by any chance, i'm hardly getting 2g signal which is of no use to browse my business mailbox. I have already raised a complaint regarding this issue in early august 2017, and i was told that the network will be upgraded to 4g by end of august and they guaranteed that my issue will be resolved which was actually not. But this issue here is more of network than internet. So please treat this as priority and get this issue fixed asap.

        I am a airtel postpaid customer for 2 months.
        And need to covert to prepaid but when i went to store they said minimum time for conversion is 5 months, that is till 5 months i have to use in postpaid, but my usage is very less and i have to pay minimum rs.230 per month. This is waste of my money, is there such a rule?. If there it should be changes. A customer should have the right to change from prepaid to postpaid and postpaid to prepaid at any time without any specific time limit to stay in one service like postpaid or prepaid.

            May this massage reach airtel india any way.

            I am holding airtel mobile connection no [protected] for last months. I am in nashik (Maharastra) which is a city of population more than 250 thousand. I am not getting range in mid of the town, neither for data, nor for voice. However my another airtel connection is performing pretty well.

            I made complaint for about 8 times at your customer care number. Every time the executive and senior executive on duty assured me to resolved the problem, but not resolved till moment. (9 am on 25.11.2017). No representative from airtel had courtesy to call me about the resolution of my problem. I spent rs 399/- for this connection and could not get uninterrupted service even for a day.

            After couple of weeks, i will throw this sim and start campaigning door to door and on social websites against airtel, the worst service providers of this country.

              Due to my location transfer and financially critical position i infomed to disconect my broad band connection to your representative on 16.11.2017.
              Already it got disconnected from 01.10.2017 due to non payment. Now i clear all the bending payments rs2650

              So i request you to take my issue very seriously to consider my financial critical position also. Pls don't send any bill furthermore.

                  My Rcom number is[protected] – from Chennai.

                  Right now, I am in Akola, Maharashtra.

                  For the past three weeks, I am struggling to port my Rcom number into Airtel.

                  During the first week of November 2017 –

                  I went to Akola city Airtel office and gave my Aadhar, local address, local contact person and mobile number. And the Airtel staff said they will do the port and and gave me a new Airtel Sim card immediately and asked me wait for one week for activation.

                  One week later, on 15-Nov- 2017, I was told authentication failure and port request rejected, the Airtel staff took the details again and gave me again a new Airtel Sim card and asked me wait another one week.

                  Today is 25-Nov-2017, the port request is still not resolved.

                  Hope, some body helps to resolve the issue soon.

                    There is no network connection on my airtel number [protected] for last 48 hours and airtel team says it will take 48 hours more
                    Answer my two points
                    1) when somebody calls my number it says incoming at the dialled number is barred as if i am a defaulter.. I have faced huge image loss and i want airtel to bear the same.
                    2) why it is taking 4 days to start the number. My work is getting affected, my image is at stake
                    Who will be responsible for my business loss and image loss.

                      Airtel are providing worst service i couldn’t imagine they are taking 10 days to activate a sim and yet it hasn’t got activated upset with it other networks take hardly an hour to activate. Never go to srinagar airtel service center they are worst service provider i hope bharathi airtel is providing worst service i wished i had other connection this problem wouldn’t have araised

                          I have recharged with 349 on 3rd november via phone pay. I called that night to customer care but didn't get any positive response from them. Then after i rate the "my airtel app" on play store and got a mail after 3 days. Now almost the expiry of the pack is near and still not get benefits. The problem is i recharged but unable to use in my phone but usable in other phones easily. I thought may be the the problem would be with the sim. I have replaced the sim as well. Then again problem was going on i called my phone service center i. E. Lenovo k8 note. They said that from his side everything is fine. Now i am not able to understand where is the issue. I already told to airtel please refund my money but they denied. Help me if possible.

Visit airtel store in kalher but no response from them very rudely talking with customer & say we can not provide service to me. Then whay u open airtel mini store??? So ambrassing me... Now not i converted my no to airtel... So bad service to customer & also recommend to all... So

                              Hello, in my phone it shows that airtel support 4g network but when i want to use internet to send msg or use any app it does not working please suggest what i do. I am so frustrated i really disapointed by this. If my network will become good i will never use it after. My 399 plan become useless. Do please give me suggestion what u will do to make my data netwok good as soon as possible

                                I had recharged my mobile [protected] on 26th october for rs. 399. The plan was for 70 days /70 gb with free calls.
                                Soon after 28 days i was not getting mobile internet and my calls were charged and deducted from my main balance. The phone was also not working properly suddenly with outgoing and incoming calls not getting. After inquiring with about 8 cust. Reps. I was told that my recharge on 26/10/17 was accepted for only 28 days. I told him that i have recd, the message when i recharged. But i was told that it is for only 28 days and not 70 days. I asked about the remaining money and i was told that in irtel all the remaining moneys go o the company and not refundable.
                                Sir, because of bad service from airtel bangalore, i have stopped my dth, my 2 other mobile numbers. Perhaps these people want me to shift or something like that. I have recd. About 8 different replies fro customer care and i really do not know what to do.
                                Is i that i am forced to go to another service provider under portability?
                                I am a senior citizen and kindly give me fair justice.

                                  Hi i paid rs 200/_ on 6/11/17 advance for recharge i don e port mts to airtel today it as been activated 2am 24/11/17 from morning three time i had gone for my pymt it should be recharged still it's not done i feel shame airtel company people do. Btm 7 main office or company does not pay salary to staff so such things

                                    Another message received on 04.11.2017 at 08:28 from airsep "gameclub service has been activated @rs35.0 for 7 day (S). Txn id n[protected]

                                    After receiving this message i want to contact your customer care but they can not transfer the call to customer care and again i have received another messege on 11.11.2017 at 06:47:17 am gameclub service has been [protected]@rs.35.0 for 7 days

                                    For the same day again i wanted to contact to customer care but unable to contact customer care
                                    At last i cal *121*2# and deactivate game club.

                                    Please reverse the same of rs.70/- as early as possible since i have no facility of internet and i am using plain nokia set where internet facility is not available.

                                    I am sent this mail to airtel instead of this they add rs.70/- in my bill and my bill date is 09.12.2017 of rs.328.70/- and if i am not paying this payment on time they charge another 100 rs.

                                    Please help me toreverse of rs.70+18% gs

                                      I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number but the recharge was unsuccessful but they took the money. When i called the customer service to complain they continously disconnecting the calls for several times. How will i get the money back. When i tried to register in their customer complaint website, they did validation wrongful. I couldn't type words in email column and numbers in phone number column. Very nice airtel don't lose your valuable customers, you won't get it back.

                                        I am just unable to get my new postpaid sim activated, after multiple followups with the local airtel office.

                                        I lost my sim earlier this week and had fetched a new one with the same number, which was promised activation in the next 4 hours. It's been a day now, and one followup visit to the office + four more hours and i am still waiting for it to get activated.

                                        The extremely lousy response and acknowledgement procedure of the team has put me off and in a very bad position in the work place.
