Airtel are providing worst service i couldn’t imagine they are taking 10 days to activate a sim and yet it hasn’t got activated upset with it other networks take hardly an hour to activate. Never go to srinagar airtel service center they are worst service provider i hope bharathi airtel is providing worst service i wished i had other connection this problem wouldn’t have araised

      I have recharged with 349 on 3rd november via phone pay. I called that night to customer care but didn't get any positive response from them. Then after i rate the "my airtel app" on play store and got a mail after 3 days. Now almost the expiry of the pack is near and still not get benefits. The problem is i recharged but unable to use in my phone but usable in other phones easily. I thought may be the the problem would be with the sim. I have replaced the sim as well. Then again problem was going on i called my phone service center i. E. Lenovo k8 note. They said that from his side everything is fine. Now i am not able to understand where is the issue. I already told to airtel please refund my money but they denied. Help me if possible.

        I request my no [protected] for portability. But still not get converted. Visit airtel store in kalher but no response from them very rudely talking with customer & say we can not provide service to me. Then whay u open airtel mini store??? So ambrassing me... Now not i converted my no to airtel... So bad service to customer & also recommend to all... So

          Hello, in my phone it shows that airtel support 4g network but when i want to use internet to send msg or use any app it does not working please suggest what i do. I am so frustrated i really disapointed by this. If my network will become good i will never use it after. My 399 plan become useless. Do please give me suggestion what u will do to make my data netwok good as soon as possible

            Madam/sir.
            I had recharged my mobile [protected] on 26th october for rs. 399. The plan was for 70 days /70 gb with free calls.
            Soon after 28 days i was not getting mobile internet and my calls were charged and deducted from my main balance. The phone was also not working properly suddenly with outgoing and incoming calls not getting. After inquiring with about 8 cust. Reps. I was told that my recharge on 26/10/17 was accepted for only 28 days. I told him that i have recd, the message when i recharged. But i was told that it is for only 28 days and not 70 days. I asked about the remaining money and i was told that in irtel all the remaining moneys go o the company and not refundable.
            Sir, because of bad service from airtel bangalore, i have stopped my dth, my 2 other mobile numbers. Perhaps these people want me to shift or something like that. I have recd. About 8 different replies fro customer care and i really do not know what to do.
            Is i that i am forced to go to another service provider under portability?
            I am a senior citizen and kindly give me fair justice.

              Hi i paid rs 200/_ on 6/11/17 advance for recharge i don e port mts to airtel today it as been activated 2am 24/11/17 from morning three time i had gone for my pymt it should be recharged still it's not done i feel shame airtel company people do. Btm 7 main office or company does not pay salary to staff so such things

                Kindly note that on 04.11.2017 at 08:28:20 pm i have received one sms from at-airinf "thanks for using gameclub sevice. You have been charge rs.35.0 from your airtel mobile. To... Htttp://5678. Airtel.in"

                Another message received on 04.11.2017 at 08:28 from airsep "gameclub service has been activated @rs35.0 for 7 day (S). Txn id n[protected]

                After receiving this message i want to contact your customer care but they can not transfer the call to customer care and again i have received another messege on 11.11.2017 at 06:47:17 am gameclub service has been [protected]@rs.35.0 for 7 days

                For the same day again i wanted to contact to customer care but unable to contact customer care
                At last i cal *121*2# and deactivate game club.

                Please reverse the same of rs.70/- as early as possible since i have no facility of internet and i am using plain nokia set where internet facility is not available.

                I am sent this mail to airtel instead of this they add rs.70/- in my bill and my bill date is 09.12.2017 of rs.328.70/- and if i am not paying this payment on time they charge another 100 rs.

                Please help me toreverse of rs.70+18% gs

                  I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number but the recharge was unsuccessful but they took the money. When i called the customer service to complain they continously disconnecting the calls for several times. How will i get the money back. When i tried to register in their customer complaint website, they did validation wrongful. I couldn't type words in email column and numbers in phone number column. Very nice airtel don't lose your valuable customers, you won't get it back.

                    I am just unable to get my new postpaid sim activated, after multiple followups with the local airtel office.

                    I lost my sim earlier this week and had fetched a new one with the same number, which was promised activation in the next 4 hours. It's been a day now, and one followup visit to the office + four more hours and i am still waiting for it to get activated.

                    The extremely lousy response and acknowledgement procedure of the team has put me off and in a very bad position in the work place.

                        I have given reliance number to port in airtel madhya pradesh on the date 3 november 2017 but it is not not port yet 24 november 2017 and i am again giving to port my number so it is saying your port number code was out and already in process being a law student i have to complaint in consumer forum because it will be my last option to get remedy. I have totally disapppoint the service of airtel.

                          I was used air tel postpaid sim from last 2 years on wards, but unfortunately my phone was theft and that sim id proof was not my id proof, so how we can get that air tel postpaid sim converted to prepaid on my id proof, because that number was linked to most of the accounts.
                          Please provide best suggestion.

                              My airtel dth no. Is [protected]. I would like to inform you that i am facing signal problem in my airtel dish tv from more than two months. First, i will have to restart set top box & tv 2-3 times to get signal, but now from last few days there is no signal even after restart both tv & set many times. Due to this i avoid recharge, but 2 days ago an airtel representative called me and offer a recharge of 355 for three months. I told him all the problem briefly and he assured that my problem will be solved very soon and he has made an online complaint. But till date the matter has not been solved.

                              Sir, i am regular and old customer of airtel because you are known for best service provider. But this time there is not good response from your end.

                                I have converted my airtel numer ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid 1 weeks before, but after that i am not able to recharge. I visited airtel store many times may be more than 10 times. Everytime airtel person s are saying they are sending email to their respective team but why they are not resolving he is also not aware.
                                I am totally helpless. Since i am using this number since years so i can't change this number also. I cannot believe that airtel is providing so cheap service.
                                Please look into this in priority.

                                  I am unable to make out going calls from my airtel postpaid number [protected], not even customer care number 121.

                                  I am roaming from last two days, the issue is started from today morning. I am couple of airtel post paid and have the issue on both the numbers. I have sufficient credit limit as well.

                                    I did mnp from mumbai circle to bangalore circle from post paid to pre paid. My mumbai sim now doesn’t receive any signal and bangalore sim card no one can call me. I want do some urgent banking transaction because of this i am not able to perform.                                       Dear airtel,
                                      After suffering the honor (Read humilation) of speaking to your helpful customer care, i have finally given up. Please check this request id number for further research (Just in case you decide to improve) [protected]. Feel free also to check/research all the correspondence one had to endure just to get our connection relocated, amount credited to new account, ask for change of package and then finally getting the point... One can live without airtel dth. Seriously why does airtel even pay the kids who manage 12150 when the bottomline is that all issues can be resolved only through email. None of my issues could be addressed by you voice call customer care. Anyway just to purge myself of all the negativity in dealing with airtel, i have decided to surrender my account balance to the company (A communication which i sent by email... For your convinience) for betterment of your customer care. Wishing you all the very best.

                                        I am another customer who got cheated by airtel and not able to divert the calls on my numbers as well.

                                        Airtel advertise them-self as india's #1 network but they don't have call divert/forward option which is very very basic option since all other network providers are having this option without any restriction.

                                        Except airtel, if you use any other network just you have to provide a valid indian cell phone number (10 digit some time with +91 and sometime with 0) is enough to set the call divert but airtel never support any of the way.

                                        I called 121 regarding the same, 121 executive said that airtel not have call divert option.

                                        Then i called 198 and executive told its not network based its completely phone based like that.

                                        Then i explained the executive its both phone and network based and when i place the check call divert status why its checking from your network like that? Then the call diverted to the senior executive then again senior executive also seems very poor in knowledge about the call divert simply told me "airtel not have call divert" option and also he too told me this is completely based on the mobile phone that we are using.

                                        Then again i explained about call divert how it will work in detailed manner to the senior executive as well, call divert is completely depends on both the mobile phone and network provider and also i told him that i am able to do with the same mobile phone with the other networks but only with airtel, i am not able to setup the call divert option.

                                        Then asked him to register a complaint but no proper response from him.

                                        Then i write a mail to [protected]@in. Airtel.com and no response then i emailed to nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com and no proper response and then emailed to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com and i got the response as follows (If you read you can understand how worst they handled me because i sent a complaint regarding the call divert but they sent a response for the bill plan change for a prepaid number),

                                        As per the feedback received from our concerned team that your concern regarding the delay in bill plan change for your airtel mobile number has been addressed as call divert service is not allowed on given number from your airtel prepaid mobile number as per process.[refernce: rovad[protected] and qrc106091320095020059475].

                                        So, i lost my all hopes and then i sent a mail to airtel presence [[protected]@in. Airtel.com] about all my problems how worst i have handled by their executives and details about my problem of call divert option.

                                        So far no proper solution from airtel presence.

                                        I guess these day's airtel is the worst network provider in india since i have experienced this personally. I am using airtel from past more than 10 years as a service provider but from past around a year very very worst at airtel for sure.

                                        No care for customer at all. Most of the executives at airtel customer care is very worst in knowledge about the telecom field and about the functionality of the telecom process. Even they never pay attention on which complaint they are working and what type of complaint they are working on if you read the above sample response from appellate team you can understand that much better.

                                        If airtel keep doing like this then for sure one day they will close their business and all the peoples are are just come to the office and not working will loose their job and airtel will loose their business and customers soon.

                                        I kindly request all of you before get into the airtel please talk to your friends who are using airtel and then decide to purchase to avoid these kind of issues in future.

                                        Airtel executives (Worst customer care) and airtel (Very basic option call divert is not available at airtel even newly stated networks are having it but india's #1 network not having) forced me to move out from airtel. So, i have decided to move to the other network who care about their customer well and who provide all very basic options (I already investigated and it seems that all other networks are giving the call divert option without any restrictions for sure.
