mnp request stuck

I submitted my mnp in an airtel bangalore store for porting from vodafone kolkata post paid number [protected] on the oct 27th. Airtel says all documents are accepted in their system still it shows it's waiting for mnp. It's been more than two weeks now. I've also opened a ticket 81065939 with airtel mnp helpdesk. No progress so far. My vodafone balance is fully cleared still mnp isn't happening....

my mobile no message facility are stop remaining 53 hrs

Hello...
Respected sir.. My mobile no is airtel [protected]. This is mobile no. Message facility out or in msg stop of 54 hours... I would call at customer care so arrogantly speaked call not again again... Sir my all application on this no... So not received message... I would at change sim in 3g to 4 g... I have customer care call but not satisfied... So solve my mobile no problem....

failed excess refund process.

I have paid extra amount in error @ 468.00 on 12th oct 2017.

I have been calling and mailing since then to airtel customer care. It has been more then a month but i have not got any appropriate action from airtel.
Everytime when i call or mail they give me a different deadline but i did not get any fund in my bank account till the date.

Hi,
This is a complaint against airtel india regarding excessive billing of inr 66119 on my mobile no [protected]. Airtel has accepted that it has wrongly billed but the payment got autopaid from my credit card.
Airtel is misleading me for last 2 months saying that amount will get credited back or refunded to my credit card. But the amount is still not refunded. It has been escalated to appellate team and they say its the highest...

airtel cancelled my delivery without my permission

I had ordered an iphone x on 12 nov 2017 at around 8 pm. I received a message on 13th nov night that the phone has been dispatched. Also, today morning i received a message saying that the phone is out for delivery. On checking the status online i found the status to be cancelled. refund not received for my dth account disconnection

I had placed a request to cancel my airtel dth connection on 9th oct 2017 due to bad services provided them. All the equipment's were recovered by airtel representative within 3-4 days of my request. It's now more than a month that i am still waiting for my refund but everytime i call the customer care team they tell me that there is no such request for disconnection placed for your connection and they place a new disconnection request everytime....

prepaid mobile service - outgoing not working

I am unable to make outgoing calls and send messages on my airtel prepaid phone. Internet services are working properly. It says the outgoing services have been blocked because of non payment of bills. I am on an unlimited calls plan with an additional balance of 1000 rupees on my phone. I have a tamil nadu based sim but am currently in kerala. It was working fine till yesterday (13.11.2017)

incoming calls and sms not working

My new sim got activated on november 9th 2017. Only outgoing calls working. Incoming calls and sms not working. I have visited airtel showrooms several times and called 121 several times. They have not resolved my issue. Every time the reply is wait 48 hours. Today i called again 121. They informed that all new connections are facing this issue. I am unable to receive important calls from my office....

i have 450 rs balance in my mobile, but recharge not happening

I have some issues in mobile recharge (Airtel), in my mobile i have 450 rs balance but i am not able to recharge while using *123# option from my mobile, while dialing *123# i am able to see the options like 1- 448, 2- 199, 3 -175 but i am pressing the number 2, but i am not getting any recharge message, kindly help me out, thanks in advance.

I requested for new broadband connection from airtel 20 days ago. Next day, airtel executive came collected document and took the activation fee and assured me that connection will be installed in next 2 days.

After that, no call no update no broadband. It is like they forget that i am there customer. Its like i gave the donation to airtel.

complaint about non-refunding of two time recharge

I had recharged online on airtel prepaid recharge website which was unsuccessful yesterday morning at 5.24am but rs.448/- got debited from my account. I thought it would get refunded so i recharged again which was successful and rs.448/- got debited again. After half an hour i got a sms saying recharge done for the second time. When e-mailed regarding this issue, they say amount cannot be refunded....

I have airtel sim number [protected], under the kottayam circle in kerala. I have not asked for or expressed any interest in having an account of airtel money. I keep getting messages urging me to provide kyc information so as to comply with rbi regulations. I am forced to delete these unwelcome message with sickening regularity. I want these messages to my number to be blocked forthwith. I shall treat further messages of this kind as harassment....
