    I have been an airtel prepaid customer for many years but for nearly 2 days i have not been able to make a single call or sms to any number except 121.
    i have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation. I am unable to make calls and sms..however my gprs connection plus incoming sms and calls are working fine..

    The customer care just does not know whats the problem and what could be the solution ..they hang up many times..i have visited the airtel relationship centre also but there also no one know the solution to my problem. one of them did profile reset still nothing happened.
    I want an action to be taken immediatly.

      Airtel DTH recharge not reflected/activated

      I recharged my Airtel DTH using the Airtel Thanks app today i.e 20th May 2022. However the services have not been reflected yet though the amount of Rs. 493 is successfully debited from my account....

      I had taken the post paid family plan of 999/- from the Airtel in Mathura UP long back.my numbers for this family plan were [protected], [protected] and [protected].
      Due to some reasons I ported out from this plan on 06/05/2022.
      Still i am using one no-[protected].

      while for late payment i have paid late fee upto Rs.100/- may time for this plan.

      but now The Airtel is not transferring the unused data to my existing working no-[protected]

      I contacted customer care no of airtel may times.

      No body is listining

      Kindly transfer unused data to my existing working no-[protected]

        I'm travelling abroad for a extended period of time and want to keep my Airtel number, however there's no option to purchase the number locker scheme via the Airtel Thanks app, nor via the website, nor by contacting costumer support.

        As I wont be in India, I have no option to recharge at regular intervals and according to Customer support, there's no number locket scheme available, and I was told if I do not recharge within 60 - 90 days, my number will be lost and my balance of +rs200 will be lost.

                  URGENT need your help. sir my mobile no is [protected]. i am from puri odisha. last week i made a request for porting of my no. from jio to airtel. airtel confirmed by sms that you hv received and verified my identification and as soon as jio closes their service your sim will start working.. now i am working from home in night shift and jio closed their services at 11:56pm and still your airtel sim is not working and no network. This is a big trouble for me need sim activation ASAP.

                    How to get refund from AirTel on failed transaction?

                    Amount: K 2060.
                    Transaction date 1st May.
                    Txn. ID: MP220501.0029.G87405.

                    It's our Zambia customer's account. I'm Chinese company using FlutterWave to receive their money. FlutterWave said they didn't receive the money. And the customer's account has been detected.

                    I've been in contact for 2 weeks with Airtel Zambia, they are very arrogant, don't reply to messages, don't solve problems.

                        The package for international roaming was paid in March for six months. But since landing in usa the roaming is not working
                        Multiple complaints to Airtel was not helpful as the problem still exists
                        Could u get the money paid reimbursed as I want to use other network providers.

                            I have applied for airtel xtreme firbre on website and the next day their executive visited my place. And asked for details and payment of Rs. 2829. I have paid it online to airtel. Then I have been promised that connection will be done in 24-48 Hrs. But till 2 days nothing happened. After 2 days I have started following up with their executive. But after 10-12 days their technician come to my place and said that connection can be done. I asked then what will happen to my money paid. They said that I will get refund in 7 days. But in 7 days nothing happened. I am still waiting for refund and following up with Airtel guys. There is no communication way to airtel about my issue.

                              Complaining Hi, Payment of Rs. 666.0 via Debit Card has failed Bharti Airtel. Order Id:[protected]. (Date 19/04/2022)(Prepaid) the recharge was unsuccessful and money was debited from my bank account, its been a month still it is not credited back to my account. I mailed Airtel a number of times but they didn't reciprocated properly and still not credited to my account

                                I recharged the same number twice and i want to get a refund of 499 since i did again for the other number( i was supposed to recharge two Airtel numbers but by mistake, i recharged the same number twice)
                                I am trying to contact Airtel Customer Care, but all in vain. Their computer operated customer care is the only one available.
                                I am disappointed that i can't contact them even after so many trials.
                                I am will be glad if this reaches to Airtel Operator

                                  Since yesterday morning my broadband not working and I have complained about it via email, APP, and Twitter but no response they are provided.

                                  They just gave a fake timeline to resolve the issue in their APP. When I tried to call on customer care number then one AI answered no customer care executive is available to explain the things.

                                  I am working in an IT company and doing work from home. I have client meetings on daily basis. And I can not be denied for that. I am paying more amount for a stable internet connection but still, they are not doing well. Also, this kind of issue occurs each week. They took the whole bill amount from us then why don't give that kind of service.

                                  Its almost completed 3days but still, they are not able to fix the issue. Whenever we contact them they are just giving fake promises.

                                  Please check the attached images you will get how Airtel fools customers by giving fake time of resolutions.

                                      Hello I had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 99 (smart pack) with 28 days validity.

                                      The first transaction was failed so since it’s failed and I am in urgent situation I recharged again with same pack inr 99 but after 1 hour the failed first transaction was processed. Once the transaction is failed, processing it after an hour doesn’t make sense.
                                      In case o[censored]nlimited packs which is recharged twice the second recharge will activate after the completion of first why this is not applicable for smart recharge.
                                      This is a dead investment.

                                      I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                                      Now they were not ready to refund.
                                      Very much disappointed by Airtel.

                                      Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.
