The offer which was given to my number [protected] is very much lower than the offer which was given to my friend.
Myself offer I am regularly using is 309 which is applicable only for 28 days, but my friend's number for the amount of 407 you are giving the offer for 78 days.
why this partiality?...

I applied for porting from airtel postpaid (Mumbai region) to airtel prepaid (Ncr region) i lost my network on old sim and then i inserted my new sim. But still by my sim is showing 'no service'. This number is of great value for me.. It is my both my personal and official number. I tried calling 121 but there is no option to call your representative and i have mailed to you by 4 times but still i am not getting any reply.. What kind of pathetic...

I port my [protected] no from tata docomo to airtel but when dail from another no. it tells that invalied no or dail no. is wrong. It causes to me highly inconvince since dailer not able to contact me. Therefore it is requested to redress the same being a valuable customer n also build a new relationship since Bharati Airtel is a no 1 company....

We got a call from airtel customer care [from [protected]] on 4/11/2017 at 12:13 pm that if we recharge our airtel digital tv (Id: [protected]) with rs.1199/- then we will get 12 months extension of our plan (Value prime kids). I have recharged my prepaid number by ₹299 on airtel company offer of giving 84 days unlimited talktime but company has stoped the service in 4 days. And on talking with customer care they are not ready to give that service and saying that they are not even afraid supreme court even if you fill a case. Customer care talks very rudly to their customers...

Very very bad data service showing h+ and the speed gets not even of 2g. First time with airtel and very bad experience but the voice seems to be fine.

Customer service people are not just employees. They should train well enough to handle and admire the customers.

What a worst network airtel. I called customer care support for resolv my low speeds of network 4g is automatically converted into 2g and speed was very worst. I can't able to use. Each and every time i put aeroplane mode for connecting 4g data. But still my issue was not resolved. I request to connect high official but my cal was disconnected. Since yesterday, 7th nov 2017, my outgoing calls are getting stopped abruptly for few hours and again it is getting resumed. This has happened today as well i. E. 8th nov 2017. The reason is non-payment but my connection is prepaid and i have sufficient balance in my account with validity. Infact my internet is also working properly.

From past 2 weeks its raining heavily in chennai and the network coverage, data etc was too slow. Why this is happening now as well. I have paid 179 rs for the data pack and i am not able to use the data properly as there is no proper network. Please assist on this. I am based on omr.

Recently i had ported in my teeno sim into airtel and then upgraded it from 3g to 4g. Nd recharged it with rs. 449 in order to have unlimited local and std calls and 1 gb data per day. But now any of those plan are not active. I can't make any call local or std. Nd even i am unable to reach any of your customer care. Your portal for speaking any executive officer is worst. I have been complaining about network issues inside and ouside of my home. But instead of resolving the issue airtel network team call me daily to check.
