I would like to bring it to your notice that the airtel signal strength in our area, arrakonam, vellore, tamilnadu is very weak. We are finding it difficult to communicate.

I have a land for 2400 sq ft at arrakonam, vellore district, tamilnadu (Near kilpaukkam village, k. K. Chatiram).

Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

    I have ported to airtel from reliance. Porting was activated on 11 nov 2017. Since then i am not able to make calls and send and receive sms. Because of this i am unable to perform bank transaction. I have committed to transfer money to someone but because of this stupid service i am unable to transfer. It is costing my credibility. All this problem i am facing because of airtel. For you it will cost 1 customer. Every time i call customer care or go to airtel service center, they tell that in next 24 hr it will be done. But their 24 hr never ends.

    While porting i choose airtel over reliance jio, but i think it was my mistake.
    I should have ported to reliance jio.

    I am done with airtel now i want to port out of airtel now. Airtel no [protected].

    I just want to port out of airtel. Airtel is telling for that minimum i have to stay for 90 days. But i am saying they have not provided any service they why i cant move out. If airtel cant provide such service they should have closed their company also.

      Dear airtel,
      I want to say that my no is [protected], currently i live in bhubneshwar (Patia) odisha. I am complaining against your network but your customer care executives are so dumb that they can't listen and resolve my problem and i was forced to write. It is a trustworthy company so i converted my vodafone no to airtel but your promise is fake, i am suffering from network problem since 3 days but your persons are not responding to it. As they are converting it as a hazard for me, please resolve it either don't promise to be india's number one.

        My spouse, mrs mitali mukherjee, had applied for airtel postpaid connection (Vide sim no.[protected]) which is due for activation since 13th nov'17. Activation has not happened as on date stating the reason that she is holding more than 5 sim connections on her aadhar card number [protected]. This is an outright incorrect information.

        Mrs. Mitali mukherjee is presently having only 2 sim connections on her name (One airtel number [protected] and the other vodafone).

        The same airtel outlet (Located at gajuwaka junction, visakhapatnam) had stated this same reason when i went to take a postpaid connection last week. I am having an apprehension that sim cards are probably being issued to favoured customers from this outlet as aadhaar card details of all customers are available with them. Although this is not expected, yet, it can be very much possible in today's cyber scenario. Incidents of misusing aadhaar cards for malicious intentions are already making rounds in the social media.

        I have just been informed that vodafone has a better facility of providing 10 connections to a single customer. So how airtel outlets are saying that providing 5 sims per customer is as per goi guidelines. May please clarify the same with supporting documents.

          Poor connection for airtel prepaid in sholinganallur area. I dont know what is happening with your service. This is the second time i raising the complaint.
          If you can't provide a correct service to a single customer. Then it is very bad.

            Outgoing calls and sms are not going from my airtel prepaid mobile from 1 week. I have balance as well as their unlimited outgoing plan activated in my mobile. Customer care guys are saying please wait for 24 hrs we are escalating this issue every day.
            I was asked for trying with duplicate sim. I tried that too still the issue persists. Please help me in resolving the issue

              I m a airtel user, n recently using the number on the roaming for past 4-5 days, yesterday I had balance of about 43 rs n suddenly today it turned to 0.18, I havent activated any plan, I m using Internet with the suitable plan, so where has the money gone? Reply soon

                I have an airtel prepaid connection number. Now i'm in roaming. Whenever i call to someone it says like ""outgoing facility has been stopped for your number due to non payment". I'm facing this problem for 2 days. I can't even call to customer care also. What payment should i do for a prepaid number?!! Please sort out soon. My number is prepaid number and bought this in tamil nadu but now i'm in kerela. It's been two days that my outgoing calls are not going not even to customer care. Do help to get rid of this. There is no pending payment for me to be done. Urgent please

                    Last month i made electricity bill payment through airtel wallet. The money was debited from my airtel wallet however the same was not deposited with bses towards the electricity bill. As a result the bill for the current month reflected arrears of last month and i had to make the payment of the same again. I have been writing to airtel for payment proofs but of no avail. This is cheating by airtel and airtel is liable for criminal prosecution for the same. I have not only been cheated of my money but have also been robbed off my valuable time which is being wasted in chasing airtel for clarification with respect to my money.

                      My airtel number [protected] suddenly stopped working after porting from Kerala to West Bengal. It was working fine when registered in Kerala (even while traveling abroad). after porting I had to change the sim .Now there is no network inside as well as outside India. Please help.

                        I had applied for airtel broadband in bangalore. Immediately i got a call from their sales call center and they said broadband is available in my area and someone from airtel will visit. A person came and collected installation fee of 1000 rs. And documents from me. He told me that installation team will come next day and install the connection with modem and wires.

                        No one came for a week so i started calling their call center and then they told me that connection is not available in my area. I asked for refund an they said i would get it in 7 days. No refund came so i called and they said if i give them bank details they will process it online and transfer the money. I provided that and still nothing.

                        Even when you escalate the matter to their nodal or appellate teams they repeat the same process and just keep transferring your call from on guy to the next. I have sent them more than 30 emails and called them more than 50 times but nothing gets resolved.

                        They will just give you some # account or complaint number and nothing will get done. They will ask you to provide documents and prove that you have paid them.

                        Its been more than 6 months i havent seen my money.

                        They cant compete with other companies so airtel has started a new business of scamming people. Do not trust this company with your money.

                          I have purchased airtel top-up recharge of rs. 50/- while scratching it, i have lost some digits of its pin number, please send me its recharge pin or recharge my mobile number, i am sending you details of top-up card.                           Hi, this is AARTI having prepaid connection no [protected].[protected]. I lost my mobile, i want to request the Airtel team to please block this Sim card.
                          If any further process is there to issue the duplicate Sim card, pl. let me know. please help me out my insurance
                          Airtel has charged for SMSs sent to[protected] but it was never sent from my mobile. I do not understand, in spite of several complains, why customers are still facing the same issue. Airtel must reply this if they want to retain customer base.

                            I got 4g sim replacement for my 2 mobile number on 15/11/2017 and since then i am unable to send or receive sms. Also the ussd service *121# gives error every time i tried using that. I tried calling their customer care however it seemed there is nobody to attend my call as i was made to listen to recorded advertisements for 5 minutes after which i hung up. I was charged 50p for that. Now that i can't receive any messages i am unable to complete any online transactions that require otp through sms as these numbers are registered.
                            For an alternate number i have recharged with 448 plan on 11/11/2017 with plan o[censored]nlimited calling, 1gb/day and 100sms/day but customer care has informed that today the plan gets stopped.
                            I have contacted nearest airtel retailer but they were telling everything is fine but the problem has not resolved

                              I have ported my vodafone postpaid no [protected] to airtel on nov first week.

                              For that thodupuzha kerala 685584
                              Airtel shop (Direct airtel shop) has charged me rs 160.00
                              Rs 100 for porting charge and rs 60 for. Recharge.

                              But now they have not recharged with that rs 60 as well as for porting there is no charge but they charged rs 100 for that too.

Show the best network in india working in hilly areas without any obstacles, but this is fake internet not working properly in citys what you are showing you are making fool of customers, i think this is the best network in india but sorry airtel recharge of 349 fine but give the proper speed of internet otherwise i choose another network.

                                  I had an older SIM, Airtel sent me messages to upgrade from 3G to 4G saying it is compulsory process. I went to airtel store green park delhi and was given a new SIM. The representative gave me a new SIM after sending a code to cuatomer care with from my old SIM and said that it will be activated in a day. But my phone is still not showing signal.

                                    I've ported my no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also the service stopped working. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                                    Please resolve it as early as possible, i tried to connect customer care more than 5 times and everyone is recommending a different solution, it's very frustrating. I had never experienced such a behaviour from airtel earlier but this time it was terrible. I am trying to change postpaid to prepaid from 1month but still it's not resolved.

                                      I have beeen trying to fix my number from 4 days. It has been on emergency calls for what reason which even airtel cannot figure out.

                                      I had visited airtel customer care center twice, being informed that my sim card was old i was given a new one with same number and was told that the services will get activated in 4 hours.

                                      This has been going on since 15th. I had visite airtel store in Gurgaon galleria twice and still its been over 48 hours and I have visited twice ang nothing has helped.

                                      CAN YOU LOOK INTO THIS? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?

                                      Randomly the sim stops working and even after going personally to the service center twice you are unable to fix it?

                                      Its really frustrating now and taking a toll on my patience with airtel and airtel customer service.

                                      I AM A WORKING PROFESSION AND THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS REALLY NOT HELPING ME AND I WANT THIS FIX ASAP. NOW.

                                        Auto activation for data plan recharge done on my number without any information and customer service refused to file my complaint. I want my Rs. 24 back or I do not need your services anymore. I called customer care at 10:25 pm on November 16, 2017 and talked to Deepak Thakur who very confidently said that they informed me before activating this auto activation mode and then said there may be some technical glitches due to which they couldn't have intimidated me about this. Take immediate action in anyone's favour but do it as soon as possible because porting number also takes some time.
