I have paid extra amount in error @ 468.00 on 12th oct 2017.

I have been calling and mailing since then to airtel customer care. It has been more then a month but i have not got any appropriate action from airtel.
Everytime when i call or mail they give me a different deadline but i did not get any fund in my bank account till the date.

    Hi,
    This is a complaint against airtel india regarding excessive billing of inr 66119 on my mobile no [protected]. Airtel has accepted that it has wrongly billed but the payment got autopaid from my credit card.
    Airtel is misleading me for last 2 months saying that amount will get credited back or refunded to my credit card. But the amount is still not refunded. It has been escalated to appellate team and they say its the highest escalation matrix. We have still not received the amount.
    I have made multiple calls,, visited the airtel office and spent 100s of minutes following up with airtel. Everytime i simply get an answer that it will be refunded in next 7 working days.
    This is a major fraud experience with airtel. I am hereby claiming not only refund of my amount but airtel needs to compensate for all the time spent and legal action fees which will entail of this.

      I had ordered an iphone x on 12 nov 2017 at around 8 pm. I received a message on 13th nov night that the phone has been dispatched. Also, today morning i received a message saying that the phone is out for delivery. On checking the status online i found the status to be cancelled. On spending hours with the customer care all they have to say is that it has been received from your end. Can you explain your sources?? And can you have a look at your own terms and conditions saying that once the phone is dispatched it cannot be cancelled by customer.

        Airtel is a # network worst network turd network every single sledging word are there in this universe is dedicated to this useless and garbage company. It provides very worst of worst network specially in jharkhand west singhbhum region. Every day i suffer this network problem in internet browsing. Due to that my official works get stuck for 1 to 3 hours. Very worst of worst network. Airtel shameful act is it tells white lie in front of india that its a fastest growing network which is # and fake if you go to village area the airtel network dies but before 2005 airtel was very best in the village region also. But as the time passed it become worst of worst. I think airtel must get ban in india and if not in india then in jharkhand because it provides very worst of worst network useless company with fake commitments and dreams to beat jio which is very funny. I think one day jio will take over all india network and airtel like # telecommunication companies will flush away because everyone needs speed and hassle free network which is jio. Jio also create problem some time but not like airtel. Airtel is more costly then jio but provides less service than jio. Such a # moneysuker company. And i want to request trai to block airtel and get it ban in india and also those companies who provides worst network in india.

          I had placed a request to cancel my airtel dth connection on 9th oct 2017 due to bad services provided them. All the equipment's were recovered by airtel representative within 3-4 days of my request. It's now more than a month that i am still waiting for my refund but everytime i call the customer care team they tell me that there is no such request for disconnection placed for your connection and they place a new disconnection request everytime. I have also reached out to their nodal office email id and even they reply to me saying that we are working on it and will be resolved soon however i do not see any progress on my request. Instead they are placing some new requests on their own for my account like recharge request. Now i dont know whom to reach out to get my refund. I had recharged the annual pack for rs. 5500 which was not even used for more than 45-50 days. Please take my case to the appropriate person to help me get this resolved.

            I am unable to make outgoing calls and send messages on my airtel prepaid phone. Internet services are working properly. It says the outgoing services have been blocked because of non payment of bills. I am on an unlimited calls plan with an additional balance of 1000 rupees on my phone. I have a tamil nadu based sim but am currently in kerala. It was working fine till yesterday (13.11.2017)

            I have already lodged a complaint with airtel (Ref no: pr[protected], mailed them, dmed them, and tweeted them without any response.

            Complaint marked as Resolved 
            Airtel finally resolved the issue once I went to a physical store. All the online complaint mechanisms provided by airtel seem to be pointless, as the issue was resolved in under 10 minutes.

              My new sim got activated on november 9th 2017. Only outgoing calls working. Incoming calls and sms not working. I have visited airtel showrooms several times and called 121 several times. They have not resolved my issue. Every time the reply is wait 48 hours. Today i called again 121. They informed that all new connections are facing this issue. I am unable to receive important calls from my office.

                I was pursued for changing over from connect to airtel band connection with the scheme of 499 pm and it was promised
                1. I would be given additional data of 10 gb for every airtel connection
                I have 1. Two mobile no [protected] &[protected]
                2. Hotspot[protected]
                3. Broad band[protected]
                4. Present new connection[protected]
                In addition my office staff is using [protected]

                I have been given 50gb in no.4 option above

                2. Most important i was promised for rent reduction of rs.50- which is being refused now.

                I may be clearly told otherwise i may choose other offer available to me

                  Hi team,

                  I have some issues in mobile recharge (Airtel), in my mobile i have 450 rs balance but i am not able to recharge while using *123# option from my mobile, while dialing *123# i am able to see the options like 1- 448, 2- 199, 3 -175 but i am pressing the number 2, but i am not getting any recharge message, kindly help me out, thanks in advance.

                  Many times i called to customer care but problem still not resolved. Airtel customer care people are telling like option it will show, but it wont recharge, they said again i have to recharge through internet and spend 450 rs then it will recharge. I am getting same issues in last 10 days.

                    I requested for new broadband connection from airtel 20 days ago. Next day, airtel executive came collected document and took the activation fee and assured me that connection will be installed in next 2 days.

                    After that, no call no update no broadband. It is like they forget that i am there customer. Its like i gave the donation to airtel.

                    I called customer support like 50 times, everytime same story, it will be installed in next 2 days or our executive will call you in next 24 hours blah blah..

                    I am fed up with your service. Please refund my money which i paid for connection. I will go for act broadband.

                    If i don't get my money in next 2 days then i will register a case in higher forum and also i will broadcast this to twitter and facebook.

                        My Airtel account under Mo. No. [protected] was debited by Rs 120/-without my consent on 8.9.2018.When I asked the service center they just deactivated the service but were unable to refund. Kindly refund back my money which they have deducted from my account.

                            Actually i wanted to sell my nikon d5600 brand new camera, and i did chat with the buyer. His name is h singh, as he mentioned, but in phone conversation he told his name as harish singh, he we met at mandi house metro station gate no 4, he just offered me the thing what he was eating, he checked the product and decided to purchase for 45000 as it is brand new. I got little bit of giddiness after eating the snacks he offers, suddenly he disappeared, he stolen my mobile phone, gold ring, please please please help e to find him out... He called to my number before we met, but i lost my phone that's why i need call history

                              On 28 th i got a mail from one assist (As following) that the claim has been approved & assessed as beyond economic repair (Ber) for net approved amount rs.25, 250/-. This amount is arrived post deductions. They asked me to send all my account related document on [protected]@oneassist.in and i did on same day. Since that day no one responding.

                                I had recharged online on airtel prepaid recharge website which was unsuccessful yesterday morning at 5.24am but rs.448/- got debited from my account. I thought it would get refunded so i recharged again which was successful and rs.448/- got debited again. After half an hour i got a sms saying recharge done for the second time. When e-mailed regarding this issue, they say amount cannot be refunded.

                                  I have airtel sim number [protected], under the kottayam circle in kerala. I have not asked for or expressed any interest in having an account of airtel money. I keep getting messages urging me to provide kyc information so as to comply with rbi regulations. I am forced to delete these unwelcome message with sickening regularity. I want these messages to my number to be blocked forthwith. I shall treat further messages of this kind as harassment.

                                    For 5th sept to 4th october. The bill i have already paid and i contacted customer support to disable my connection. I have disabled the connection already from 5th of october. The staff told me we will disable your connection and soon within another 5 hours you will get a call from my manager. But still till date i didn't receive any call from any so called manger of yours. Today i received a auto-generated call saying i have a bill pending for the period october 5th to november 4th. Are they kidding me?. I am not going to pay a single penny for the net that i didn't use. Airtel as always is there to loot customers.

For the last 6 months i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable for last 6 months in 121. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 350/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.
                                      You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan otherwise i'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against airtel.
