I had an older SIM, Airtel sent me messages to upgrade from 3G to 4G saying it is compulsory process. I went to airtel store green park delhi and was given a new SIM. The representative gave me a new SIM after sending a code to cuatomer care with from my old SIM and said that it will be activated in a day. But my phone is still not showing signal.

    I've ported my no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also the service stopped working. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

    Please resolve it as early as possible, i tried to connect customer care more than 5 times and everyone is recommending a different solution, it's very frustrating. I had never experienced such a behaviour from airtel earlier but this time it was terrible. I am trying to change postpaid to prepaid from 1month but still it's not resolved.

      HI

      I have beeen trying to fix my number from 4 days. It has been on emergency calls for what reason which even airtel cannot figure out.

      I had visited airtel customer care center twice, being informed that my sim card was old i was given a new one with same number and was told that the services will get activated in 4 hours.

      This has been going on since 15th. I had visite airtel store in Gurgaon galleria twice and still its been over 48 hours and I have visited twice ang nothing has helped.

      CAN YOU LOOK INTO THIS? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?

      Randomly the sim stops working and even after going personally to the service center twice you are unable to fix it?

      Its really frustrating now and taking a toll on my patience with airtel and airtel customer service.

      I AM A WORKING PROFESSION AND THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS REALLY NOT HELPING ME AND I WANT THIS FIX ASAP. NOW.

        Auto activation for data plan recharge done on my number without any information and customer service refused to file my complaint. I want my Rs. 24 back or I do not need your services anymore. I called customer care at 10:25 pm on November 16, 2017 and talked to Deepak Thakur who very confidently said that they informed me before activating this auto activation mode and then said there may be some technical glitches due to which they couldn't have intimidated me about this. Take immediate action in anyone's favour but do it as soon as possible because porting number also takes some time.

          Iam using airtel prepaid number. I travelled to Doha Qatar on visit on 29 october 2017. while I was boarding to Qatar i had an account balance of more than Rs.300. After reaching Qatar due to accepting an call my balance have been deducted towards International roaming rental of Rs 99 activated on 30 oct 2017 and Rs.30 for call charges. Then my balance reached to Rs.169 and after 1 day I was not able to call to India and when I checked my balance on phone it showed Rs.18.54. I dont understand why my balance has been depleted so much that to without any message or intimation. while Iam checking my last deductions it was showing that there are no deductions. I want to know the reason of deduction so help me.

              I recently recharged my Airtel mobile#[protected] with Rs.5 for 30p/min tariff plan for 81 days for all local calls. However, Airtel is continuously deducting pulse rate charges at the default rate of 2paise/sec.

              This has been an ongoing issue for the last few months as they have deliberately locked up my rate cutter plan to 2paise/sec or Rs.1.20 per minute, regardless of the rate cutter tariff that I install. Even their customer care staff is a big fraud as they shamelessly defend themselves that the deductions are legal.

              However, when I dial the USSD code *121*13#, I can clearly see that the tariff has been locked to Rs. 0.0195/sec or 2p/sec for all local mobile calls until 25 January 2018.

              I request the concerned authorities to quickly take some serious action against this fraudulent act of Airtel as I am losing 10 times more currency than what is promised by the service provider.

Kindly note this is not an individual problem as it is a deliberate fraud from Airtel. I had recently recharged her mobile number with Rs.5 for 30p/min for 81 days and she is not getting the rate cutter benefits.

              Check out the relevant screenshots showing the USSD screen which is attached below. Note: My wife's number is showing validity until 28 Jan 2018 for the same 2p/sec tariff plan when you dial *121*13#. Mine is showing 2p/sec with validity up to 25 Jan 2018.

              I request the concerned authorities to take serious action against this fraudulent act of Airtel.

                I m using 4g internet of airtel but experience very poor net speed like 2g or 3g.i am using the same from many time but day by day net speed getting very slow.As a big brand in communication sector, airtel loses faith of customer.
                If the same problem persists long time then i have to switch to other network service. I have ig faith on airtel that it will reslove the issue as soon as possible.

                  Why the he'll airtel people are cheating we are not able to call and complaint directly we could not get network in cities we are in village or remote place to say not to get network.. it's speed not even more than 2g I don't know why the ### they call it 4g even no clarity in calls always disturbance. We don't even find single line of network anywhere either it will be emergency call or no network why the he'll is this

                    Sir i had samsung duos phone. I was using reliance sim due to closure of voice call sevices of rcom i had applied for porting in airtel. I had ported my numberin it. But is not showing any network name as well as i am not able to activating it. Kindly help me to how to activate my airtel sim. When i call 123 for activation it gives message that "not registered in network". Please help me

                        I have shifted from tata docomo network to airtel by mnp for my prepaid mobile no. [protected] at airtel store, cbm compound, visakhapatnam on[protected] and the new airtel sim with the same mobile no. Was activated on[protected]. It is noticed that my mobile balance of about rs.170 was not transferred to the new net work. I have mailed the issue to [protected]@airtel.in immediately and also to nodalooficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com on[protected] and in response they replied that nothing can be done as the balance cannot be transferred from one network to another. As i am unaware of this and no one informed before mnp, i requested the authorities for transfer of the amount as it is not a little about and in response they informed that is at my fault and nothing can be done. Now, i seek a clarification as to whether the concerned are no way responsible to inform about such condition whenever a person approached for such issue and how the customer is liable to loose.

                            I have using airtel prepaid. My number is [protected]. I have faced your about ntework problem. Your ntework very bad. Your network not constanly more than 3-4 minutes and your voice call not clearly listen to receiver. This is very shameless service about largest company. I have face this problem. Last 4-5 days. If this problem should not solve then refund my amount recharge rs. 448 which was i recharge before 3 days and i will port my number. This is very poor service.

                              I am an airtel prepaid user and my phone number is [protected]. Airtel has for the past week restricted my outgoing calls for absolutely no discernible reason. Over the past week i have complaint to airtel multiple times over twitter and through their app making them aware of the problem yet while fixed for a short period in the middle the problem relapsed all over again. Further i bought the 4g connection and i even changed my sim as per their request yet the reception in the area i live in i. E. Nangia park delhi is terrible. I can't surf the internet at all.
                              I expect a satisfactory permanent solution to help me reconcile my expenses with the services provided by airtel.

                                I am out of india for 3 months and i am getting this reply.
                                Can you please check what is wrong with my number.
                                I just inserted the Sim in mobile after 3 months and tried to check the balance it said the request is invalid. I topped up the Sim with 192 Rs assuming balance could be the reason but still after top up the same reply is heard.

                                  Please ask your customer care executives to behave properly. Tell them to listen to the query properly and then provide solution. Partially listening and reacting will increase customer dissatisfaction. The person i spoke to was a total a*e. When i asked him not to react before understanding what i meant, he told he would transfer my call to prepaid department, inspite the fact that my call was actually transferred from prepaid department to postpaid department.

                                    I got an sms from airtel that a certain service has been activated in my mobile [protected] and an amount of rs 35/- has been deducted from my account. I immediately asked for stoppage of the service. I sent a complaint asking for refund of the amount. But they have not bothered to take any steps. This is daylight robbery and looting. I came across similar case from. A neighbour also. It is highly condemnable.

                                      It's been the worst support from your side for providing airtel broadband connection with caf number 4483774 for broadband number [protected]

                                      Scenario 1: initial connection process and cancelling the same
                                      Oct 23, i send a request for new broadband connection via https://www.airtel.in/broadband/. and someone called from airtel side asked my location and checked the feasibility and forwarded the same to airtel executives chennai.

                                      Oct 25, some lady called from airtel chennai office and checked the feasibility and asked to register for new connection on airtel.in website and done all that and my transaction id is [protected] and whatsapped the details to

                                      Oct 27, i called the same person and enquired regarding the new connection and he said currently there is no feasibility in my area.
                                      Then i asked then, "why did you guys accept the request initially?" and he said, sorry sir that's not my problem go and ask the one who called you initially.
                                      Then i called the initial executive number 50 times then another one then another executive no one had picked up call.
                                      Finally, one executive (Vinod) picked and said, "why are calling, again and again, your fund is refunded!!" (In a harsh way)

                                      Scenario 2:
                                      Oct 28, i gave call to airtel customer care and raised this issue and one of them suggested to refund your process manually and closed the call, which is not possible from my side
                                      Then again called the same customer care and someone from support end picked the call and asked the details and said the status updated with "wrong address issue" and i said the complete scenario and then he lodged a complaint with the request no 89535500 and said your request will be resolved within 2 days.

                                      Yet there is no confirmation of refund process from airtel side.

                                      Why didn't the airtel executive cancel my request and do the refund process instead of changing the status to wrong address issue?

                                      When will this issue resolve?

                                      Kindly cancel my request and do the refund process. And need a detailed mail the process done by airtel all these days.


                                      Fyi - i'm still getting calls from airtel regarding the broadband connection process from different executives
