While trying to recharge my prepaid mobile number through airtel app it showed unable to process. But later the amount of rs.399 got deducted from the wallet. After multiple complaints (Mailed and called them) they was no response provided due to the issue from their side iam faci g the difficulty and the executives have poor knowledge and they say we cannot do anything. Please help me resolve this issue. Ph:[protected]

    My mobile no is[protected] and i am facing this issue since 24 the feb 2017. It has been raised. Several times. Still it is pending. Location zirakpur sas nagar mohali punjab. The network signal is intermittent and i get sometimes 2g some times 3g and occasionally 4g. Where as i am a airtel 4g customer. There are many mobiles in the same area. Few are listed below: [protected], [protected] and [protected].
    They are also suffering.

      Hi,
      I don't want to use airtel services anymore now. I have been facing airtel slow browsing speed issue, but not permanent solution. I was committed to provide 16 mbps speed but very rarely getting 4 mbpts even sometime 2 mbps. And my bill was generated as 4700/- approx. I am being forced to pay full amount. Why so! I should be getting waive off

        Respected sir/ madam,
        We are airtel family, on nov 3' 2017 i recharged for rs. 399 unlimited free calls and 1gb/day valid for 70 days. On nov 11' 2017 instead of recharging my husband's number i recharged my own number for rs. 448 then after a second i called airtel customer care and i said i recharged week before but mistake had happen kindly recharge my husband's account with rs. 449 or refund it. I lost almost rs.900 for that they simply said we cant do anything from our side and i requested them to do this favour that i am asking my own amount and i am not asking any offer from you but no response from them. No humanity

          My airtel payments account is linked to mobile number [protected]. On 17 sep 17, i recharged another airtel number [protected] for rs 247/- paying through my airtel payments bank account. However, the amount was deducted thrice from my account yhrough three successive transactions as per the details below.
          First transaction on 17 sep 17 at 08:31 pm for amount rs 247.00 against transaction id [protected].
          Second transaction on 17 sep 17 at 08:41 pm for amount rs 247.00 against transaction id [protected].
          Third transaction on 17 sep 17 at 08:47 pm for amount rs 247.00 against transaction id [protected].
          I have been making requests to the grievance officer (Gro) of airtel payments bank since then. Despite repeated attempts made by me, i have neither got the excess amount reimbursed nor the beneficiary number got the additional recharge. The issue is not about the amount but about ethics. I hope justice prevails and the excess charged amount gets back into my account.

            That is serious problem for us. Our area located at the city khalilabad near by 5 km but network signal are bad and always a call dropping, only 2g network is working but it is not giving satisfaction.
            3g and 4g network are not available so we are unable to use internet
            If company will not taken any action we are able to port out from airtel to ohter company

              We have received invoice for the period 05/09/2017 to 04/10/2017 on 11/11/2017 for rs. 1242.57 due on 15/11/2017 in which i have been charged rs. 651.99 for 212.24 mb, which i fail to understand.

              I would like to draw your attention to the attached screenshots from myairtel application, which states that still i have 48.5 gb o[censored]nused data at my disposal, which has been carried forward to next month and is available for my use.

              Kindly confirm whether myairtel app is not authentic or is giving misleading information to customers then, it should be closed / banned because trusting the same, i have used internet and for which i have been charged rs 651.99. This is absolutely fraud.

              Also, still i am getting messages from airtel that your data has been carried forward to next month and you can use the same

                The same no. Is registered for various government schemes like gas subsidy, it return etc. So all these subsidies are getting credited into apb instead of my bank account.
                I want to deactivate this apb account asap

                    Respected all,

                    I have approached airtel service centre 3 g zone (Invoice copy has been attached for kind info please) for following activities:-
                    1) to port airtel pre paid number [protected] from west bengal circle to kolkata circle of same network operator and
                    2) to have 4 g sim for the same number i. E [protected].

                    For this fee was charged as well.

                    Now my network services has been disconnected and it has been more than 24 hours, network service has not been activated in my new 4g sim.

                    I contacted call centre but they are not registering my complain. Kindly help.

                    Sms received for sim porting has been attached also.

                      I raghunath k. L purchased the airtel no. [protected]. As i was not using the same for some time, it seems it is issued to some other person by service provider.. But the registered user name has not been changed.

                      I tried to contact their compalint no 121, [protected]. But there is no provision for this complaint nor non of their executives could be contacted.

                      Change the same immeidately, as the sim has not been used by me, air tel shall be responsible for all types of misuse.

                        I was originally a prepaid customer and had shifted my number to postpaid in order to link my aadhar card. On wanting to shift back to prepaid, they had told me that it would take 2-3 days, after which nothing had happened thus we went back again and were told that it would take an additional 5 days. I was called by airtel to pay 72 rupees for the billing period of this month (Even though i had requested to be shifted to prepaid after paying the bill amount for the month before and all my dues were cleared). I complained that this additional bill amount was due to delays on their part and was not my fault, but the lady insisted that my number would not be migrated if i did not pay the bill that occurred during the "processing time." so i paid the required 72 rupees yet nothing happened. Since after this waiting period still nothing had happened, so we emailed airtel and were told that it would take another 4 working days. After these were also up, we emailed yet again and were told that it would take another 4 working days. At this point we were getting frustrated but we continued to email, and started getting calls from marketing people at airtel asking us why i wanted to shift from postpaid to prepaid. Ultimately we were told it would take another 24 hours. After 24 hours we were told it would take another 96 hours. After this time had also elapsed, airtel called and said that the original prepaid sim they had issued had some "defects" and they needed to give me a new one! We had to go back to the airtel office to collect the new sim card and return the one they had originally issued. After this we were told it would take another 24 hours but nothing happened even then. Ultimately, the entire process has taken 21 days and nothing has happened!!! Airtel kept calling me telling me that it would migrate within 24 hours and no emails have helped. Airtel also sent a message that my new sim would be activated within 24 hours but yet again, nothing has happened. At this point i am fed up and am thus filing a complaint against airtel. I will not be paying any "dues" due to the absurd delays on their part and need my number to be converted to prepaid immediately!

                            Worst customer service ever. For a simple thing you're creating such a big ruckus.
                            I wanted to change the name on my sim card from my friend's proof to my proof. Without give me any prior info they gave me a new sim, which i had to find out on my own, as my phone suddenly didn't have any network. Once i got the new sim, my data stopped working, which i had opted for since the beginning, i had to call them 5 times (20minutes everytime) to get this sorted, but they blocked my sim instead of solving this. Now i have gotten another brand new connection, which is active but the sim is not working, i can't make any calls, use internet, or do anything. I had again registered another compliant for this and they said they will rectify the issue in 48 hours, but when i ask for a status update, they said the complaint is closed, and they have to raise another ticket for this. So i thought i will port my connection to some other company but i am not able to do this as well as they guy who gave me new sim, had to complete his monthly target of new connections, at the expense of the customer. Now, its been a week my simcard is not working. [protected] (Airtel) is my number and [protected] (Jio) is my alternate contact number. And the best part in this whole thing is that have sent me a bill for not using my phone as well..
                            This is the heights of stupidity, irritation, frustration and treating your customers like crap. I request you to kindly look into my complaint and resolve the issue asap or please help me to port my number to any other network.

                              I rashika khot having airtel dth connection more than 3 years and request you to stop the service immediately and refund the deposit amount and recently recharged amount rs.500. The reason behind this is, recently i experienced the very poor and disappointing customer services from your side and not at all responded from the issue raised. This is the worst services which i experienced in my life. I am very happy if you stop the service and refund the amount as mentioned above.

                                I have deposited rs. 560/- on[protected] with regard to landlinebroadband connection [protected] in the name of param jaiswal in machine of airtel money load cash situated in store of airtel sector 15 huda market. But machine has given me a receipt of rs. 50/- only. I talked with mr. Ankur airtel representative immediately he asked me to contact next day. I went again on[protected] and met with mr. Ankur to solve this issue, he did not cooperate me and again asked to come on sunday. Neither my money of rs. 560/- refunded nor adjusted in the bill payment of abovesaid connection. Kindly refund the money. I have not also given receipt of rs. 510/-.

                                  I am a very old aged customer of airtel from chennai, currently in bhopal on holiday.
                                  I wanted additional talk time. I went through the best plans available and took a pack of rs.199 on 8th november 2017 which promised unlimited local/std for 28 days with some data as well. There was lack of transparency in the sense that we were later told by customer care that the benefits promised were not available when the phone was in roaming. Cleverly, this is not explained in the features of the scheme.
                                  As i did not get any msg for the payment made on 8th november immediately, i once again took a pack of 199 on 9th november. Meanwhile, pack for the payment made 8th was received, i have not got any confirmation of the payment made on the 9th. My credit card however shows the amount spent.
                                  Since i am 80plus and travelling alone next week, i opted for a talktime of rs.150/- on 11th november through internet banking. The amount has been debited from the account but it is still not reflected in my balance after about 3 hours.
                                  I decided to call up customer care. An executive picked up and informed me that the recharge was unsuccessful. He reiterated the same thing ten times. While i kept telling him that this fact was already known to me and was the reason behind my call, he still could not help me in anyway and appeared totally helpless and uninformed. He could neither escalate the call nor give me the contact no/email id of the next senior person whom i could contact. Ultimately while i have spent money multiple times on increasing my call time, i have neither received the service nor any satisfactory reply to the utilization of the amount spent in favour of airtel on multiple occasions.

                                  I would like to know
                                  1) does airtel has only one person of a call centre responsible to customers complaints in chennai? Is there no responsible employee of airtel who could be contacted for complaint redressal.
                                  2) is there a need to have a customer care centre, when the executive is clueless about helping the customer?
                                  3) does airtel believe in harassing its customers? Does it not believe in transparency?
                                  4) will a customer have to take to social media to redress his grievance?

                                  To top it all i get a message hoping my complaint stands resolved with ref noconrc[protected]
                                  When the executive at the customer care centre of airtel does not want to take any pains to understand the problem, how will the customer ever be satisfied?

                                    I am a customer of airtel with [protected]. Sir many time put the call and message oh airtel customer care service that please link your aadhar with no cost. But when i link adhar in jwalamukhi (Himachal pradesh) on retailer shop they ask for money 20 rupees per number link to aadhar and 20 also 20 for sim card upgradation for 4g. Compaby do for customer but retailer get the advantage from them. Charge from innocent and poor people's. If it is a justice site for customer services. Than please check from where my aadhar linked and check them in a customer fame. Iretailer shop is in isbt jwalaji.

                                        This is not as big as it seems but from a perspective of retail investors it is a big issue. Let me brief it first, i started using postpaid service of airtel 6months ago with great expectation but this company proved me after few months. My 4h became 1g and charges become 4times. This was shocking experience i have received ever from any telecommunication company. I chose to go for 499 plan without exhausting my monthly limits i am paying amounts like 3k. Last month i talked to customer care, they apologize for wrong data charges and waived of approximately 2k. I cleared remaining balance. This month again i got 2k bill having plan of 499. This is absolutely rubbish and unexpected from big name like airtel. Kindly help me out to get rid of this problem without paying extra charged things. After clearing last months due amount, they say it has been added to this month hence charges are high for this month. Absolutely no sense. Do needful. Wanna raise this issue.
