Currently am using Airtel prepaid, postpaid dongle & DTH, I had Made recharge on 25th Oct for my DTG using My airtel APP, doing recharge Popup / alert shown to me saying that if recharge done(349) via airtel payment bank then will get cash back, so i got selected and made recharge for DTH post that verified its got recharged for prepaid mobile .
Complaint raised to customer care via 121 they advised to send e-mail [protected]@in.airtel.com and same has been sent, after one or two days got ca, , from customer care and told tell your postpaid airtel number we will credit that amount to that account, so i given postpaid details and not utilized the service (prepaid), till now the amount not recived, i had sent multiple remainder mail to same email id no luck/ no revert.
Note: Based on their customer care confirmation i have not utilised prepaid even 1 % .
