I am having problem with receiving any kind of messages like balance enquiry, atm withdrawal, internet banking messages, otp messages, irctc tickets, even airtel otp etc on my mob no. (+91-[protected]) from 11 nov'17. I am really frustrated even after contacting customer care they couldn't figure it out what exactly is the issue. Kindly resolve asap.

    I have been using my prepaid airtel sim for more than 6 years now. It has been almost 2 years since I have upgraded it to 4g.
    For the past 4-5 months, I have been recharging using the 'My Airel' mobile application. The app offers me 28 days of free calls and 1GB 4G data per day for Rs.349.
    I noticed that for other customers (my friends), there was a better offer of Rs.399 which offered 84/70 days free calls and 1GB 4G data per day.

    Since this offer was not available for me in the app, I decided to port my number to Jio. To get the porting code, I had to send a text sms to aitel after which they sent me the code.

    Within 1 hour of getting the porting code, I was contacted by an airtel representative by phone. The person informed me that I will get 90 days free calls and 1GB 4G data per day if I recharged for Rs.399 through the mobile app as this was a new offer given to me to STOP ME FROM PORTING TO JIO.

    So, I went ahead and recharged my sim for Rs.399 through the same app. However, I did not get the above stated service. I received only 28 days of free calls and 1GB 4G data (which is same as the Rs.349 plan).
    So, I incurred a loss of Rs.50 and had to use the same airtel sim for another 28 days because they called me and made recharge.

    I contacted customer care (121) who were very irresponsible. They stated that I was called by the 'Portability Department' and it was not under their scope and that they had NO ACTION REGARDING MY SITUATION.

    So, after a month or two, I tried to port again. I sent the text sms to airtel requesting for the portability code. The same thing happened.

    The Portability Department called and said I would get 90 days free calls and 1GB 4G data per day if I recharged for Rs.399 - but this time not through the app or website, but from a recharge shop. The representative repeatedly assured me that this time, I would get the offer they promised.

    However, the same thing happened again. I received only 28 days of free calls and 1GB 4G data (which is same as the Rs.349 plan). So, I incurred another Rs.50 loss. I once again called the airtel customer care who confirmed that they will not be able to help.

    So this is how airtel conned me twice by making me pay Rs.399 for the Rs.349 plan. They also made sure that I stayed with their network and did not switch to Jio.

    I require airtel to provide me the service I was promised. Thanks.

I am business person & my business is depend on phone call & from last 6-7 days lots of time my phone showing no service & my customer is not able to call me. So i am loosing my business. As well as internet speed also very very low & i am not able to open small e mail also. For this issue i had called so many time to airtel customer care & write mail to them but no one giving the solution so please sir, support me to solve the issue. Pleas sir.

        I have purchased tv last year in metro shop and with that i got airtel dth with some diacount. Later they have installed dth and they didn”t activated the dth, i have called multiple times for activation they said they will activate it. After some days that number was not exist.

        After some days i moved to different state, so i didn”t call again for activation. Now i am back. I called customer care and i have sent a mail but the issue is not solved.

            I am unable to recharge my prepaid number [protected]. I tried through paytm.. Airtel.in and also retailer. Always getting failed status. Kindly resolve this issue. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. You people are smart network but behaving like bsnl. You should not ignore all these things. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. After i recharged 2 frc i. E. Rs.51 and rs.4, i am unable to recharge anymore. So resolve this as soon as possible.

              I purchased a vanity number at airtel store. Vanity number cost was rs 2500 but i was given 90% discount. I paid remaining 10% cash on the spot which was rs 250. But when my bill was raised rs 2500 appeared on my bill. When i spoke back to customer representative at the store, he told me that server was down while the vanity number was allotted and will be ractified. It's been now 3 months since this happened. During last 3 months i have visited store on daily basis during my busy hours. I filed a complaint over phone to airtel customer service but there been no help and they reouted to store again. Representatives at the store every day have the same reply. Every day i am told it will be done this evening. I am facing really painful harassments from recovery people as well. I request to wave of[censored]nfair charges of rs 2500 imposed.

                    I was lost my airtel sim card on 10th of november and next day i was purchased one new sim card at sri shakthi infocom-airtel express, urappakam.
                    They charged 50rs for new sim card and i request a bill for the same cost. But they denied to provide for sim card purchase. The new sim card pack also not mention the prize. So kindly confirm the prize of the sim card.

                      This is inform you to that 5th november i'm visited airtel store gariahat for port in my number [protected] reliance (Premium) to airtel. After log time your executive maybe mr. O. Bhaskar saha ([protected]) he took my new postpaid request but i've 100 times said 'i don't want to postpaid my number' also she said 'sir only you can your number port in to pre to post. This is happening in all the stores, fooling the customers by saying we can't get pre-paid connection for porting option. Still now i'm unable use my number incoming and outgoing both. This is all to just achieve their incentives and targets. He did not understand my concern why i don't know???

                      Today i've called your customer care and appellate desk many times from [protected] call taken your senior agent miss. Puja and mr. Basil no one can helpout my issued also did not take any responsibility resolved this matter what the hell man???

                      Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked to your manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I'm sill unable to received any positive response from your customer service representative and mailing team. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.​

                      Who is going to pay for the faulty service???

                      It's a totally miss managed service that vodafone is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                      Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and ​​ highly unprofessional​ ​bharti airtel team​. I am trying to find my way to complain you in public forum​ nothing more else.​

                      I am a consumer of reliance communication since 2011 (Blue category)
                      I would like to kindly draw your attention towards reliance 4g network.
                      Hope i will get fastest response from you. I have many issues with my reliance number.. I had sent already mail for same issued but i am not getting any response from reliance team.. Which is very painful for me to handle its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem.
                      Ii don`t know further for how many days i am would be suffering.. I need some one whom i can discuss and escalate asap..

                      Trai:

                      Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against trai portal & of-course you too.. How can i believe that if i register a complaint here then it will get resolved. You guys says the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think trai is on name & nothing else.. I am using 4g phone, when i had change my location still poorest service getting from operator in my location... No work done. All you are hopeless
                      I requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several mails to them but fruitless.
                      Some useless spot boys are there setting of reliance mailing team who was no responsibility of valuable customer also maybe deleted mail from there mail box.
                      I got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them.
                      If trai has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, i request trai to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else i will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till i get justice.
                      Please take some urgent action and if you want to know any thing from my side please feel free to contact me below mention given number asap.

                      What i am looking for against my complaint

                      1. The outgoing and incoming services should be activated on my mobile in prepaid with password protected before expiry (14th november) with incoming and outgoing services.
                      2. The network problem should be resolved as soon as possible or i should be given a deadline for resolving the same.​

                      Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable customer.

                        It is not intended to airtel as a company. A person named shubvham (Probably fake) from airtel customer care was handling the case of my number porting has started the process but is not delivering the sim in my given adress. He has taken all the documents and my existing service provider is going to disconnect the connection any moment now. The irresponsible person is not picking up my phone and ruining the goodwill of airtel shamelessly. He called me from the number [protected], [protected] and a personal number [protected].. Strict action is expected to vbe taken from the part of airtel to stop such nonsense and harassment of customers.. I am yet to be a subscriber of airtel. If this is the attitude shown to a customer what kind of feedback u expect??? If my number gets disconnected i will take legal action against that fellow. Please adress the issue asap.

                          I have been trying to get airtel broadband from the last 1 year but airtel is not ready to provide the connection. Instead of they sometimes say that our representative will install the connection and sometimes they say "there are some technical problems in your area and you have to wait for 1 month". It has been since 1 year waiting to get it installed. Why is airtel not keen to install broadband on my end? In my nearby area like (Syndicate bank, bob) airtel is available and feasible in our area, it is not. It is just about 100m away from my house and my friends staying there have airtel wired connection.

                            I had applied for a new fixed lan line connection &bb connection at my new address royal residency apartments, sector 45, gurgaon on 30st oct. I had already paid 6 months advance (6608 rs) and the sales person also confirmed that connection will be installed within 2-3 working days. However after few days it came out that there is no technical feasibility in my area. I had requested to initiate my refund process with sales person and also in airtel shoppe located in unitech infospace, gurgaon but haven't received any confirmation on my refund process or any sr request. Apart people including sales/technical person and executives at airtel shoppe are bothered to pick up my phone and provide me update of my refund.

                            I request you to kindly take up the matter and process my refund.

                              Net pack was for 70 days, till 24th december but terminated before expiry date. Screenshots for the same have been attached. And from my account ₹800 were deducted for data usage which had to be covered under the data pack. They have refunded ₹500 but what about the rest 300₹? And what about the money spent on data pack? Money should be refunded and data benefits should be provided

                                  Sir/ madam,

                                  I (Anant d datar) am using airtel no. Since last 10 years now. Also one more airtel no which is been used by my father mr. Dilip datar.

                                  Since october 5, 2017 we are facing terrible network coverage issue at my billing address with complaint no. 80123254 launched on october 7th, 2017.

                                  It been more than 1 month now we are still facing the same issue without any improvement. Person named mr. Mohan kanse from network team visited my billing address to verify the network coverage. He also agreed that there is absolutely zero network coverage at billing address because of which we are facing call drop problems and even others are not able to call me as no. Appears to be not reachable.

                                  On november 6th 2017 i received following sms from airtel
                                  'dear customer, with ref. To service request no. 80123254 on your airtel mobile, a new tower is required in your area & we are exploring options for smooth installation of the same. We will keep you posted on the timeliness. Thank you for your patience. Check the coverage in your area at www.airtel.in/opennetwork.'

                                  For your kind reference this is not my 1st complain about this issue to airtel. You can trace the history of complains from the following complain nos.

                                  There are much more complains launched by me for the same issue of which complain no. Is not with me as of now.

                                  My question to airtel is simple if you cant improve network in last 7 years how can you even expect me to believe that you will actually install new tower to improve network now?

                                  Over the years so many people of your network department have visited at the billing address to conduct network survey. Some of them were mr. Nikhil ghorpade, mr. Deepak and mr. Mohan kanse.

                                  Its feel sad to say that airtel not doing anything to resolve the issue. Installing network amplifier (Booster) will not be the solution as airtel does not pay me any rental for the same and machine consume lot of electricity too. I wont bare any such cost were i dont get reimburse for the same.

                                  I want proper fixed and final update as to when things going to improve otherwise airtel should not expect me to pay any bill hence forth.

                                  Kindly take the matter on extreme priority other wise i will left with no choice to switch to different service provider who will atleast resolve any such issues in quick time unlike airtel.

                                    When i on data in my phone a small exclamation sign appear on network sign. I don't no why this happening and data is not working. I complained many time in customer care. But there is no any satisfactory solution. They gave me 24-48 hours time to resolve this problem. But after 25-30 days this problem is still there. Airtel service is very bad in these days.

                                      But i haven't sent any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in airtel's other customer complaints too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged rs 215/- inr for that 5rs per sms. I want this to be solved.

                                        My complaint is follows...
                                        I am using airtel mobile [protected]. I am suffering lot of business loss due to signal fluctuations at my clinic (Rajpal dental clinic, parkash nagar mata rani chowk, near model town market). Due this all calls do no land up on my mobile number.
                                        Some caller to my number get out of reach answer.

                                        I have purchased airtel sim along with hotspot device on Nov 2nd.It's been a week that the service is not yet activated and the person who handed the sim is not picking the call.Atleast i should be informed why it's not activated.

                                        My micromax q392 mobile running with air tel SIM card is lost while I was driving bike in Ropar city, so I request you to block my air tel number [protected] SIM card owner :- Harpreet Singh, h.no 417, mera bai chownk, Ropar 140001.
                                        My phone no.[protected]... my prepaid pack is Rs.449.00 activated on 3.11.2017. In addition I recharge with Rs.10.00 topup. But unable to make outgoing calls
                                        I was using 1499 plan despite the availability of 999 plan which is actually better in all aspect. Airtel did not even care to downgrade it and continue to charge as per the old plan. I lost all my respect for Airtel. Ignorance is still being encashed.
