This is to inform you that my airtel dth connection (Cust id [protected]) is a multi tv connection of three. The primary connection was recharged for 5500 in april 2017. Two connections were then put into safe custody in may for three months. Airtel did not allow the rental to be adjusted for the next three months and i had to recharge my account for using the sole working connection in the meantime. The request to disconnect the main connection was put on 3rd september. Airtel did not honor the request and had to be forced to do it in retrospect by the appellate authority. Therefore, the advance rental has been used only for a month, i. E. April 2017. The company has promised in all its calls to refund the amount into my account. After a lot of written communication, the main connection was finally disconnected and to my utter horror, only an amount of 925 was refunded. A token amount of 250 was also refunded for the last two months’ rental when they had conveniently charged me for a connection which was in safe custody. By which logic is the company going to refund only 925 out of 5500? This kind of behavior is extremely unacceptable and should be immediately corrected.

    Airtel is charging rs.225 extra in the context of hd dth connection inspite of installing hd set top box. We tried to file a complaint many times by calling customer care but the customer care isn't responding. Till now we have paid almost rs.8000 extra. When it is time for payment of bills you cut our cable connection but we did not get any information regarding the extra payment that we are making. Inspite of having all records, you are charging more money.

      Hi,
      Due to high postpaid charges i was to tried to move to jio network and generated the mnp code. 10 days before i have submitted the docs in jio store and paid the outstanding & extra amounts as per airtel show room instruction.
      But airtel is not changing my network also reject my request, i called customer care but they are telling me that we dont get any mnp request.
      Please find the attached mnp online status also i have requested port again at least please move my network.

        I have just changed my airtel sim as i have ported from prepaid to postpaid but it seems my new sim has not been activated and even the prepaid sim has stopped working which leaves me with no active calling number. Kindly help me with the same asap as i cannot visit the airtel office. I have done everything from calling customer care to fb messages but no reply till now.

          Hello, i have been a customer of airtel postpaid. Airtel has been imposing overstated bills to an extent of rs[protected] on bill plan of 499 monthly. Every month the bill consecutively increased. When contacted help airtel doesn't give any supporting explanation. Charges for roaming are 3 to 4 times to the extent of actual bill plan of rs 499

            Hello,
            I have recharged airtel 349 plan on 10th november 2017 on my airtel app through debit card. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but it does not seems to be in the transaction history of the very app. Also at the same time when i recharged for other options it succeed. Bank name sbi.
            Kindly fix the problem and recover the amount so deducted and resend it my bank account.

              Starting 7th april 2017, i have been send email with regards to billing/payment of airtel mobile [protected]. This number doesnt belong to me. Aslo i have not being in the country for 2 years so this could be a fraud as well. Send email to airtel support but no action was taken.
              All i want is that my email be taken of this number since this doesnot belong to me.

                  Airtel money/bank/wallet are harassing its customers. They are making customers load the wallet and once the customer loads the money in airtel wallet/bank they make the account freeze. These guys are acting like goons. There is only one email [protected]@airtelbank.com which hardly resolve the queries. I[censored] write complaint, in case you are lucky in two days you will get one email they will ask for your adhaar and pan and will not tell you where to send. You can't reach to customer care 400 and if some how by luck you reach they will tell you to write at the email at this uncaring id. After that again they will say thanks for writing to us you fool we will get back in 2 working days. God knows 2 working days in airtel is equal to how many days. Kindly correct yourself and stop harassing your customers. Don't know how many customers accounts is in freezes state and how many crores rupees are stuck this way. If by chance you load your balance consider it as you have gifted to airtel with which you can't do anything in favour. Wish our govt takes action against airtel for harassing customers and cancel their license to loot n harass people.

                    I have made a payment of 6608.00 inr as advance 6 month rental for broadband services, registered no. [protected], committed time was 24 hours, but it took 5 days to reply, and still they told connection could not be provided with informal language. Then talked with higher authority, complained on airtel website as well, talked in nodal office, and telling the same story every time its been 15 days and no one is ready to take responsibility for. Still they are saying will take 45 days to refund, earlier they said 20 days. Till yet haven't received even an email regarding refund. It still not processed yet and every where i call tells me a complete new story about the issue. All i want is my money should be refunded with the compensation for the time wasted, because their time could be free but mine is not.

                      I am using airtel prepaid cared from india and i have come to usa, and recharging unlimited talktime regularly to continue my number. Before coming to usa, i had activated international roaming for a week, paying rs, 779/- online. Every month, on st date, rs, 99/- are recovered from my balance towards international roaming charges and sms is sent to me.
                      So far i had not called any number in india, but today i needed to call india so i tried, but call is not connecting and i am getting message
                      "net work not available", though airtel has tie up arrangement with at & t.

                          I recharged for rs.399 where plan is something as below
                          Unlimited std/local calls for 70 days.
                          1gb 4g data per day for 70 days.

                          This stupid airtel is cheating. Internet is not coming, if coming it's very very very very slow.in the name of biggest network of india, airtel is cheating people. Airtel 4g is waste at this point of time. 3g was much more better than this.

                          Sometimes call also not going.

                            You have disconnected my mother's mobile number when she was travelling to us and when she came back and asked about the same the airtel office person responded negatively asking her to go and request to the new person who has taken my mother's number. How it is possible to allocate a number to another person without any consent or intimation. I am talking to my lawyer regarding the same to take necessary action against airtel to troubling my mother who is old.

                              I am pre paid sim service customer of airtel who had purchased a talk plan of 349rs validity 28 days on 06th nov 2017. On 09th nov 2017 my sim service was abruptly cancelled and i was informed in the gallery that my number has gone back to retail. Ie airtel has cancelled my number and tak plan and will be giving the number out to any other prepaid or post paid customer. What i don't understand here is how can they do that after allowing me to refill and using it for 2 days. As we all know how important a mobile number is these days to generate otp for any transactions in our day to day life. I am very disappointed with way these mobile service providers are looting common people like us without even informing the same. Kindly suggest me any other govt reguatory body that i could complain about airtel, s unprofessional system and process.

                                Yesterday i got my airtel sim upgraded to 4g. I thought it was free of cost but the airtel store from where i got my sim upgraded charged me 60 rupees. This is very shocking to me. Let me know if it is normal or they have charged me unnecessarily. Besides, the new sim i am talking about is showing only h sign and not lte or 4g. The airtel store is located at banjari road near kotak mahindra bank in the district headquarters of gopalganj.

                                  I'm a long time customer of various airtel services and suddenly my pre-paid number ([protected]) is acting weird.
                                  It does not allow me to make any outgoing calls even though there is more than sufficient balance in the account.
                                  Incoming calls are working but whenever i try to make an outgoing call, i get an ivr message that "outgoing facility is temporarily suspended - contact 121 for more details). This has been going on for many days now.

                                    Since I purchase airtel sim I am facing this problem. In my house signal is so poor that I am unable to use internet or call anyone. I have to go outside of my house for calling or using internet. Please do something.I think I make mistake choosing airtel as Carrier option.

                                      I got my number ported to airtel from tata docomo, while porting airtel retailer said that number won't get switched off but now my tata docomo number is also not active and airtel number is also not active.
                                      It was my office sim so now my clients can not contact to me. When i called the airtel customer from my friends mobile number they did't resolve my issue instead after some time they hung up on me. It was so rude. Please help me

                                        My airtel 4g wifi dongle did'nt work for 2 months during august - september 2017. Repeated complaints to the customer care resulted in them asking for our patience (There was repairing work going on with one of their towers) and promising for a waiver in the bill. Now after 3 months, i have received bill amount against service i have not received and they have back-tracked on their promise of a waiver.

                                        Neither the speed is high, nor there is regular service, airtel has only cheated me as a customer.
