I[censored] r not give me a prepaid sim so i will not give u bill money... And what ever... Its too urgent to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid... Because i see many reviews of postpaid sim

    My mobile number gets deactivated from last 2 days and no one is helping me out... I have changed sim card... Link aadhar account with phone number... Paid all my bill on time, still airtel is not ready to help me out….. Customercare just say every time our systems are down cant help…. No action on complaint given to customer care 121 and they had given complaint no but no use.

        I am regular coustmor of airtel & my no. [protected]. Now i have used apple i phone 6s plus. I had recharged plan 399. According this plan airtel give me one gb data daily. But i have not received one gb data for daily use. Then i call customer care service for complain my problem. But i have not satisfy from airtel. So now please refund my amount otherwise give my service.

          I have forward you the request for porting my airtel no. [protected], this no is in cgu and i want to port with vodafone

          But the massage is coming from vodafone that “hello your porting request cam92862 dated 7 nov 17 has been rejected by your current operator due to letter of authorization is invalid. Please contact your current operator for further detail”

          So i call the customer care, the person from your side told me to mail you regarding this, please check and revert

            I recently ported my kerala jio prepaid to kerala airtel prepaid. Porting was done on 3rd november 22:15. Ever since porting i am totally unable to recharge my mobile number. Attempts through my airtel app (And payments bank), paytm, online, e-recharge all in vain. Complained with airtel customer care many times with no help at all. Each time "it will be resolved within 24 hours". I deeply regret moving to airtel. Unable to make calls, use internet. My mobile is now just an incoming call number. Work and personal wise affected big time. Airtel is one of the worst companies.

            Went to airtel store again, it is like a loop. They've now sent another email. Same story, wait for 24 hours.

            Update - For last 7 days daily the conversation is the same. Me calling up their customer care, they saying wait for 24 hours we have escalated this. In my view, Airtel is the worst company in the world. I am still unable to recharge my number and it is as good as useless as I can only receive calls.

              I was using a airtel mobile number for more than 7 years in india (Bangalore). I traveled to ireland during 2016 and i could take a one year valid international roaming for one year. But after a year, the international roaming rates got changed and there was one couple of options of 699 rs for 1 day and around 5000 rs for a month validity. The outgoing call and sms was not working. My number got deactivated with reason no outgoing calls or sms for 90 days.
              When i returned to india, i checked with airtel office (Near jayadeva, bangalore) and they said they could get back the number on a condition that it will be postpaid. I agreed for that. For eight days i visited the office 5 times and they simply said tomorrow or 2 days and on the eight day they told, it is a vanity number (Fancy number ending with 123) and i have to pay rs 7500 and one more request have to be logged which will take 2 more days. I was totally frustrated with the approach. They could have told me on the first day and i would have simply taken another number. No value for customer time.

                  Sir, my resident address is gupta enclave, vikas nagar, new delhi-110058. I am facing the 4g and 3g network issue in my handset since 6 months. Its been mandatory for to set my network on 2g because whenever i set network on 3g or 4g it shows no network. Already i submitted lots of complaints regarding this issue but now i think i have to move on. There is no improvement in their network. I think airtel loose the match against jio.

                      I have been suffering with your poor network since 19:00 hrs[protected]. Because of your bloody poor sorry no network i am not able to get calls and not able to make calls. This is not the first time that this happened at my location. My location is indalwai 23 kms from nizamabad. And is on the way nh 44. If it the network is not restored as soon as possible. I will not hesitate to go to trai.

                          Since march i have been complaining about network issues at my home place. But instead of resolving the issue airtel network team pressurises me to close the complaint. They call me daily and ask me to close the complaint from last 2 months. I have not closed because till now my problem is not resolved.

                          Yesterday an executive called me and asked the same. I replied that without checking the site or correcting why you people daily call me. I asked do you want me to port the number or you want to resolve the issue. The person disconnected the call and since then my airtel number is not working...

                          Customer suffering from last 8 months and airtel stops outgoing calls.

                            I, the undersigned would like to bring to your knowledge that we are holding a corporate connection of about 16 connection.We preferred Airtel as its one of the leading operator in india.
                            But since very beginning your representative, at khardaha counter Mr.Shantanu is systematically misguiding us.
                            Latest example of such is that, it was found that [protected] deactivated(the same SIM was lying unused for quite some time.On query first he(Mr.Shantanu) said that the said SIM is defective and need to be replaced.Accordingly after continuous nagging sunday evening he gave one sim card stating that it will be reactivated by tomorrow evening, i, e Monday, which did not happen.Again when asked he said that someone from your office has requested to deactivate, hence it is deactivated.
                            For your information, I am the only authorised person to deal with, but Idid not made any such request.
                            That Mr.Shantanu while enquiring, rudely behaved with me as he was hardly any logic behind him to justify.
                            We are running a highly reputed educational institute(Cestemo educare Pvt.Limited) and due to this deactivation and misguidance by your representative at Khardaha, we suffered a huge loss in reputation which can not be compensated with money value.
                            Hence I register my highly dissatisfaction so far as customer service is concerned.
                            I hope you will take immediate action in order to restore the connection([protected])connection immediately.

                              I am unable to make outgoing roaming calls from my phone number.
                              I recharged for 399 through the airtel payments app, my phone is lenovo vibe x3 which is a 4g lte compatible phone. I was using jio previously and i think i made a huge mistake by recharging the airtel sim which i had. I am unable to make any calls. I am however able to use the data pack and it shows 4g but the speed is too less to be called even a 3g.
                              I am currently residing in kerala and although the recharge pack that i did said roaming free, std and all local calls free and and 1 gb per day for the next 70 days, the promises have not been met.

                              Please take the necessary steps to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                I lost my mob number [protected] so had got the sim blocked immediately. Subsequently, on 06 nov 17 i got a new sim of same number from the airtel gallery at as rao nahar, secunderabad. The airtel representative there told me that activation will take place within 24 hrs.

                                It's been more than 24 hrs since the new sim was issued to me by airtel however it is yet to show any signal. My repeated calls to the airtel gallery at as rao nahar have gone unanswered.

                                Incidentally, this isn't my first bad experience with airtel. When i had bought this sim new in may 2017, it took airtel more than 7 days to activate it. Cursing my stars to go for this service provider, others are as bad i guess!

                                  This is to notify you that your current staff mr. Sagar katare which is working in airtel service centre outlet, shyam plaza pandri, raipur chhattisgarh 492001 had badly misbehaved with me, he doesn't even know how to deal with a women and more over to a customer.

                                  I went to the outlet around 7.15 pm and shutter outside the outlet was half closed but still i went inside and very politely i asked ur customer executive lady about the problem, in between mr. Sagar another staff asked me very rudly to take a token. Although i ignore this. I start asking a lady staff regarding my queries she answer few and then divert me to mr. Sagar katare (Staff). When i start asking him my queries he answer few and very rudly he said madam kal aana store band karne ka tim ho gaya hai muje or bhi kaam hai aapki prob solve k alawa. And it was around 7.45pm. I just backout and start writing my feedback in the visitor book. All of a sudden he and one female staff start shouting, yelling and harrasing me and my friend and using bad language regarding the feedback, this kind of misbehaviour is not acceptable at airtel outlet. When i start making video of his misbehaviour he start hiding. Still i have his cliping recoded.

                                  Even the rm was not able to handle their staff. Rm was least bothered and helpless. Rm had witnessed this situation and the misbehaviour of sagar katare. And when i was complaining to rm sagar katare was speaking in between and shouting - jo karna hai kar lena and again when i start recording his misbehaviour rm said recording is not allowed.Â

                                  Wow! What a outlet where misbehaviour and harrassment is allowed with a customer but recording of misbehaviour is not allowed. Is this the kind of behaviour we are expecting with such a big reputed organisation.Â

                                  However, there was a cctv camera placed in your outlet, you can check the footage by yourself regarding the mishappenings and outstanding behaviour of your employeesq. Date 6 nov 2017 time 7.00pm to 8.00pm.Â

                                  Looking forward for necessary action against this matter else i will be forced towards the consumer court.

                                    I have raised complaint on 12th oct 2017 that internet is not working in my airtel mobile after that i keep calling to know the update and multiple service request has been raised on the same but issues was not resolve and some of the sr was closed also without resolve the problem.

                                    Please refer the below complaints number for your reference.

                                    I have visited number of times to airtel stores also in this regard and raise the concern, he has replace the sim card but the issues is continue i. E. Internet is not working.

                                    I have spoken almost 25 times with customer care executives, nodal officers, appellate authority and 5-6 reminder mails to all airtel complaints handling team from 12th oct to 7th nov 2017. (Attached call details with airtel executives name and time)

                                    Each time they said that it will be rectify within 24 hours but nothing happen because the internet problem is happening due to some technical fault of airtel.

                                    Now after waiting for almost more than one month, i am also not allowing for portability because of 90 days has not passed after shifted in to airtel from vodafone.

                                    If the problem is not able to resolve by the technical team of airtel then let me allow me portability to other service provider because i have shifted to airtel some months back with feedback that airtel is best in terms of service and connectivity but i am getting very bad service from airtel along with very poor response and delay in solution.

                                    My work is getting impacted due to without internet not able to respond on e-mail and not able to access any important apps.

                                    Inspite of giving me compensation for poor service, the bill amount of approx. Inr 2, 000/- is charging by airtel for last month’s. Need immediate reversal of such charges.

                                    Kindly assist us in this regard as earliest.

                                    Same Issue happening with me even when am in CUG plan ..I have sent all the detail to airtel team through mail ID since 3 months i have been following up with my issue .Still issue is the same and when finally i got Rid and decide to port, When i just sent a port msg, the relationship officer calls me and speaks .When i log issue that am facing no guy reverts as fast as relationship officer.. They wont be compensating any amount inspite they say that its charged as u used ..
                                    I have attached some screenshots in that u can see how 4G challenge video is buffering and later it say retry.And Horrible situation is that calls wont get connected & incoming also ...Cant Call Error makes me like so angry ...This network challenge as the Best network in India .They wont be saying the tenure that when the problems get resolved .
                                    Airtel should challenge in reality of their network in Live ...Will they be ???

                                      I work in Mukandpur, distt- sbs nagar, Punjab. In Mukandpur, Airtel service gets interupted and lost for the duration as long as there is no electricity in the town. And may be power supply related problem. Everyone is facing this problem in the town. Please remove this issue as soon as possible.

                                        I do not activate the internet in my phone samsung. One day i just got the message "thanks for downloading mbiz game from airtel. You have been charged rs 50." another message from 55435 with a unlocking 102751... I don't like playing game and i want my balance back. This is not fair on mbiz and airtel.. It dint ask my permission to download. I want my balance back. I still haven't used your unlocking code...
