This is really same full for airtel if he provide service of airtel secure to customers and charges every month, then there is no response from airtel side.
I claim for airtel secure my phone camera is damaged and i upload the all relevant document, i got a mail from airtel secure that upload a image of fmip deactivate, i do not understand how can i deactivate the plan when only sign in and sign out option in fmip, i also upload the image of signout of fmip but they rejected. I reply on the same mail to explain me how can i daactivate the fmip.
There is no reply from airtel secure and no one call me, when i called on 121 around 3 time they also don, t about this...
Is there any one responsible for waisting my time or money... This is a secure plan for airtel not for user...
