I had applied for a broadband connection from airtel and paid 3 months rental, amounting to inr 2828, in advance. The immediate next day, i asked airtel customer care to cancel the request for the new connection. The installation hadn't been done when asked for cancelling the request, i also informed their field executive on phone not to do the installation. Post that, i have called airtel customer care at least 4 times and everytime i call them, they tell me that i will get a call from them to initiate the cancellation and refund process. It's already been more than a week and still i haven't received any call and i don't have any visibility on the refund status yet.
