I received a pop up after my call with my remaining balance that I had an offer amounting RS. 399 with a validity of 84days on my 4g sim. However, when I recharged I got only 35days validity. On enquiring in customer care desk they made no effort to solve my problem and just kept informing that I didn't had any offer of 84days while reminded that I was a provided a misleading message by the company. A pathetic service was provided to me.

    I got a msg from AIRTEL DTH that if I recharge my airtel dth account [protected] with aitel payments bank, i will eligible to get upto 50% cash back. I did the recharge by my airtel payment bank account [protected] but did not get any cash back in my airtel payment bank account . I lodge a complain and received a complain id 67213660. Today I have got a call from [protected] and a woman talked with me very roughly and blame me that i have complaint wrong and disconnect the phone. It is really not expected from Airtel. Please do the needful. I have attached offer SMS screenshot with this mail.

      My Airtel Sim card no.[protected]U is inactive from past 20 days. I got new sim card no[protected]U. But it is also inactive. Please activate any one of the sim and let me know urgently.

        Just port in from reliance gsm [protected] to airtel delhi prepaid. After porting i'm unable to recharge my gsm prepaid sim with any top up, frc, sms.

        Many times spoken with customers care, they register the complaints but no resolution provide till now.

        Really overwhelmed to use india's best network as they claim they are.

          I had applied for a broadband connection from airtel and paid 3 months rental, amounting to inr 2828, in advance. The immediate next day, i asked airtel customer care to cancel the request for the new connection. The installation hadn't been done when asked for cancelling the request, i also informed their field executive on phone not to do the installation. Post that, i have called airtel customer care at least 4 times and everytime i call them, they tell me that i will get a call from them to initiate the cancellation and refund process. It's already been more than a week and still i haven't received any call and i don't have any visibility on the refund status yet.

          The request no. 89528026 for your airtel fixedline no. [protected] is registered on 28/10/2017 17:18. Your request will be resolved by in next 2 days.

            Hi sir/madam, as per above reference no. I am using post paid connection of airtel and my cell no. Is [protected] but last couple of months facing problem due to network coverage issue. I have complaint regrading this matter in airtel 28 july 2017 but could not get any satisfactory reply from their. Please take action against the airtel so that they could not make fool of other people.

              Please be noted that, through the below link, fraudsters have looted rs 30000 from my account. Can anyone let me know how to get back that money from them. But once after completing the transaction i have received the message as transaction failure. But still amount have been debited from my account.

                I have reacharged for 399 on 28/10/2017 which promised to give me unlimited calls and 1 gb internet per day for a month but today i. E 4/11/2017 it says no balance.
                You call your self the india fastest network and this is what happens when it come to service. Very much disappointed on this kind of sercices. Please try to check and fix it as soon as possible.

                  Please improve your services. How horrible experience i have i can't even explain.

                  Cardholder's name didn't matter 3 years back. Why can't you guys get that new sim/duplicate sim need not require # adhar update. People can suffer big difficulties because of your beautiful service.

                  I just needed duplicate sim. If my cardholder person is moved to a different country, will younot provide me with a different sim card?

Of [protected] i am facing problem of low internet speed i also raise sr to your helpline 198 but your network team told me that data service is not act. On my no. If it possible how can i use data in slow speed but for confirmation i call to your executive on 198 but they talk very rude please take a strick action against him whose name is arvind its my birth right to complain your services if not work properly.

                      I am holding a post paid account with airtel and in spite of making surplus amount and that too within due date, my account got deactivated y'day.. I have been calling their customer care for past 2 weeks and also written e. Mails to their official e. Mail ids. They claim that this was due to technical issues at their end but no resolution provided so far. I am completely upset with their poor responsiveness.

                        I got a message from airtel about to activate this 399 plan you will get 1 gb 4g data and free all local and std calls. But my balance get deducted from my my main balance. Today i call customer care he said that you will not get this benefits because there is some conditions weekly you will get only 1000 min to talk. That's free min you have consume. So your balance is deducted.
                        But my concern is that the message that i got from airtel in which message it was not mentioned any condition. Kindly look into this issue. And return my deducted balance.

                          I receieved a message at 5, 27 p. M. On 31st october in my mobile to recharge for rs. 399/- to get free calls etc. Along with 56 gb for 56 days. I got the recharge done for rs. 399/- instantly but, unfortunately got the instant message on my mobie that i have been provided the benefits for 28 days only. I lodged a complaint on 1st november. Ref. No. Was cbnrv[protected] at 19:58 hrs. A reply came on 3rd nov, that recharge benefits have been put in my account but it is not clear with me whether the benefits are for 56 days or for 28 days. Because i wandered to every nook and corner but could not find the answer. Can you tell me what validity i have got - 56 days or 28 days and also can you tell me how to reach your customer care/complaint over phone directly without any hassle? Shikharendra prasad das.                             Hi,

                            We are taking airtel broadband connection for our company by calling call centre.

                            Airtel technician visited our premises and confirmed that broadband connection is available and asked for the payment.
                            We have given them 2828/- as the advance 3 month payment.
                            Next day when they came for connection they informed us that connection is not possible as db is not available, i asked for my refund on september 3rd, 2017 we have written them first mail asking for refund on my account.

                            They informed us that as the connection is taken under the name of company we have to provide the company account details. After that we have provided them cancelled cheque and bank details of my company account.

                            As we are moved from that location the cheque collection is not possible for us, we are keep requesting them to transfer the money to my account and they keep ignoring it.

                            Its already 5-6 moth time and they are not returning our money. There different executives are keep promising me that the money is returned on bank account but still its not returning.

                                I went to airtel gallery in dombivli east, thane maharashtra to link my airtel no to aadhar card. I didn't have the no with me as it is with my grandma who stays in mumbai. It was not possible for her to go and get it done as the no is on my name. The associate employee who could have done it refused to do it just because i didn't have the phone with me. When i went to other airtel gallery they helped me and linked my no to aadhar card. I waited at east gallery for 1 and half hour long. Still they didn't consider my request and refused flatly to help me. Kindly take appropriate action against the employee so that no customer henceforth will be harassed by them the way i was done.

                                  Sir i was in uae for past 5 months. I tried to open my airtel number now as i'm back in india.                                       I have been using airtel from many years mostly prepaid data packs using dongle and my no is [protected].
                                      But from last few months i am not using my dongle and today i recharged with rs 349/- and my sim is not working. When i called cust service they told me that my sim was alloted to another customer
                                      And i cann't use the sim and the balance will be used by another customer.

                                      How come you do like this to any customer who is loyal and using your services from many years and giving my hard yearned money to others. Your staff arrogant reply hurts me badly after losing my money rs349/- and they are telling there is no solution to this problem and i have to loose my money.
