    Dear airtel team,
    I had installed "airtel dth" because of the availability of most of the tamil channels (Including vendhar tv channel no: 777). Vendhar channel has been removed from the list a few days ago and i was very disappionted with your approach of removing tamil channel without any reasons. I watch certain shows in vendhar channel which was the reason i bought airtel dth. Please review your decision on removing that channel and i expect vendhar channel to be added in the tamil channel list.

      Dear sir,

      Its been 3 & half i am complaining that i am not able to receive internet connection both at vasai e and vasai w. Each time i launched a complain i was told your problem will be solved within 72 hrs. But still nothing is done.

      So now i want to shift to prepaid that is the only option left as i can't change the no. [protected]. Because this no. Has been circulated world wide to all my clients.

        I recharged my airtel no with 148 rs on 03 nov 2017and as displayed in the airtel app i was supposed to get benefit of 6gb 3g data. But even after waiting for 12 hours or so i did not get the benefit. When i called the customer service executives they insisted me to wait for 3 days to get the benefit. It was utter disregard of the promises made by airtel time and again. I told them it is impossible in this era to be dataless for 3days but they did not come out with any solutions. Feeling handicapped i told them to transfer the amount back to my airtel payment bank where from it was deducted but to my surprise they are not ready for that but insisted that it will be credited in the voice call account which means that i have a compulsion to utilize 148 rs via calling method instead of desired data.
        This is just ridiculous and i am forced to call off airtel services.
        Kindly register my complaint.

            I upgraded my 3g sim to 4g last week but still my sms services are not reinstalled even after a week... My voice calling is working okay... Only that i can't receive or send sms... And i contacted the nearest airtel service center, but they too are unable to solve the issue... And hence i m debarred from the otp's as well... Please help... My no.-[protected]

                  I have just ported to airtel, i am not able to connect to 59059 so my new sim is not active. Could you please let me know how to proceed. I only have this number to contact, which is not working now. We have to connect to 59059 for tele-verification but somehow i am not able to connect. I have full network coverage. On customer care also i am unable to connect to tele-operators

                    I have recharged 365 days plan 10gb data on 28/10/2017 at 11:57pm on 11/11/2017 it was stoped working how even i have not used internet totally more then 3-4 hours how could 10gb data plan will get expired in this period of time. Does airtel provide such kind of service if this will not be resolved i will do esclate it to the highest level as much as i can or put the matter to consumer forum different channels. When i tried to call customer they say that i have used

                      I have airtel 4g sim, and i am supposed to get high speed internet service but it is no where near 4g speed. My internet does not work sometimes while all the time it doesnt have proper speed, when i switched to airtel, i was getting better service but now its horrible. Other companies are providing better quality internet. If you dont solve it, i may switch to other network. I hope my problem will be solved shortly.

                        I have tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 19th october 2017 for the amount of 399 through airtel offical website. My bad luck it got failed but money got detected from my account. I was notified that it will be refunded within 7 working days. But its been 15 days still money is not yet refunded. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Kindly give me instant updates on the issue to my mobile number.

                          I received a message stating that videopindw service has been activated @ rs. 30 for 7 day (S)... How come you deduct amount for activating a service which i never asked for and most importantly i don't have such a feature in my mobile to use that damn service... I have been your customer for quite a long period of time and this makes me feel like i'm gonna quit airtel...

                            Hi it’seems it’s totally fake scheme of airtel i m all so faceing sm issue i avil this service of airtel and it’s totally bocce plan and now they r say my incedent r not covered it’s mishandling of phone now i trying to understand what is mishandling if my phone slipped in washroom now they don’t covered my phone at the time of of policey they saying you’re phone is covered of 40k now they r rejected my claim and it’s show everyone r facing sm issue with the name of mishandling of phone if we can bye airtel policy and they give this kind of customer service and after 8 year of relationship and this what they do with me

                                I am using airtel 4g prepaid sim in a airtel 4g datacard. I have recharged for 56 gb data/ 28 days. I didn't have any issues for the initial few days. Afterwards it always connected to 2g network and data loading was dead slow. Each day i have call the customer care rep and they won't resolve the issue. They transfer it to senior excutive and they will say as i have used the full 2gb data for the previous day, it is not activated for the next day. They told me they will activate, and it will be connected to mostly 3g afterwards and this happens like four or five times. It was happened again and again. Ultimately today they said i have used the 2 gb data for day, though it was connected to only 2g network for the whole day.

                                It seems they cheating people technically. Because i don't understand why it is not connected to 3g or 4g and how they could activate from their side, if they are not blocking my data usage.
                                Kindly resolve this issue otherwise post this on every social media and if possible i will file a complaint against this.

                                    It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of sep'17.

                                    I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish even after using it for a year and half. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone while driving as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to i was driving and phone slipped from my pocket because of an small accident which i met while driving and i slipped due to y carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever...

                                    May i request you to look into concern as after 25 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                                      I have opted for airtel broadband service. I paid ₹6018/- online after confirming from them the service availability in my area. After a delay of 4days now they are telling that it is not possible to provide the connection. At the time of taking my payment, every person told that the service is available. This is worst kind of service and i have been taken for a ride. I am a retired officer and i can't go anywhere outside. Now no one is caring to answer my calls. This is the very worst service i have ever seen in my life.

                                        After several reminders for refund amount of security deposit for my airtel no's [protected] & [protected], airtel appellate team replied as below.
                                        In spite of digitization they can't trace my details and expecting me for slip copy after 5 years.

                                        Airtel reply.

                                        "dear mr. Mussarrat ali,

                                        This is in reference to your email requesting refund of security deposit on your mobile numbers [protected] and [protected].

                                        Subsequent to our discussion on [protected], we regret to inform you that we are unable to trace the details of the payment of the security deposit on both your numbers. Hence, we are unable to process the request for refund.

                                        Further, we request you to write us back with the scanned copy of the receipt if any, so that we can check and address your issue accordingly.
