I booked a connection of Airtel xtreme fiber on 13th April 2022 due to some wiring problem it got cancelled on 15 April 2022 and refund was initiated on 19 April 2022 and it should have reflected in my account by 27 april 2022 but it is 12 May 2022 and i still have not received a single penny yet, i have mailed Airtel 4 to 5 times with my bank statement attached but they have not replied to a single mail of mine . Then i have talked to the customer support a dozen times and all they made was false commitments to me one of them said me that i will receive my refund by 6 May 2022, one of them said that we have sent you the refund on 5 May 2022 and blamed on my bank that it is a issue with bank, then i talked to my bank they have checked everything and said that there is no issue from their end, then i had a word with Mr Vaibhav a senior manager in airtel on 11 may 2022, he said that he will assist an advisor to my concern who will update me on the ongoing issue and asked me to wait for 24 hours which ends yesterday on 12 May 2022 and i still have no update on my issue whether i am going to get my refund or not . Now i can not keep patience anymore i need my refund now . Everytime i call i have to spend 30 mins to 45 mins to explain my suitation and i have called a dozen of times and it is great waste of time everytime, now i am so fed up . My classes started from 15 april 2022 and because i have no network, i can not have my classes, so all i am doing is wasting my time with Airtel and wasting my career because of Airtel . Due to this issue my mental health is getting worse day by day and i can not bear this behaviour anymore . please help me get the refund of the amount that their salesman Tabrez khan ([protected]) took from me unethically when he was not even sure that he can provide me connection or not and it is Airtel's policy to check feasibility first then accepting the payment but in my case he did not check the feasibility and took payment of 3536 inr and if possible give me some compensastion for my time wasted .

      I have replaced replace my sim card [protected] no and sim no[protected]U airtel office agent guwahati jorabat 10 mile and they demanded 500 for sim replacement and charged 300 rupees without any receipt and will not satisfy of airtel telecom company .all airtel officers and offices are corrupt . Plz take action against corrupt airtel officers and agent.

        I am not satisfied with the service of airtel company as I am very much harassed by the service of airtel . Airtel is giving advertisement in all social media these days that airtel is number one provider in all their services but this is not true airtel is proving their self as "ZERO" in ground level. They are promising a lot of things that we can do this or that and we will not stop till we will not answer or resolve any question. But on ground level pathetic service as compare to their words on social media etc.

        Being Airtel telecom customer from many years i heard about airtel black scheme and I have booked online Airtel black plan of Rs. 1098 ( Fibre + DTH) . On dated 26/04/2022, one executive namely Gursewak mobile number [protected] of airtel visited my house and after saw all possibility of availability of connection he booked my connection and send me payment link by whom i have made payment of Rs. 2000 on the spot.

        My airtel DTH has been installed at my house but regarding my fibre connection. I have made many requests to the same executive even to the one senior person namely Mr. Rahul who's number is [protected] given by the said executive but till date no fibre connection is installed by the airtel or no tentative step has been taken by any of the airtel officer for installation of my fibre connection.

        My business is getting hamper and my children are not able to get their classes in absense of internet . These all because of pathetic service of airtel.

        My question is, is this the way of airtel to deal with customers or to harass them by giving lam excuses. Further, i think airtel is doing totally different on ground as what they are saying on social media plate form.
        I am totally harassed by the service of airtel as 9 days have been passed and still I am waiting for installation of my fibre connection .

        Pls tell me one thing for what I have made payment and what I am getting.

        Pathetic service .
        Not satisfied.
        Airtel is playing fraud with customers on ground level.

          Payment made for broadband but not showing in airtel (even payment confirmed by bank )

          I have made the payment of rs. 588 using Google Pay on 2nd May @10:47 am.but the airtel app is not showing any payment. and Airtel customercare team closed my complaint 3 times stating that its not received.

          Whereas my bank confirmed that payment successfully credited on beneficiary account on 2nd may itself. Kindly refer attached screenshots for same confirmation.

          प्रतिनिधि जयंत थोराट ने आज मेरे घर आकर बिल राशि ९४३/- भुगतान करने के लिए अनुचित व्यवहार किया और सेटअप बॉक्स मांग रहा था कनेक्शन बंद करने के लिये एक माह पूर्व ही निवेदन किया गया था,
          हम ५० दिन से जिओ फाइबर उपयोग कर रहे हैं
          आपके नेटवर्क की समस्या के होने से हमने एयरटेल कनेक्शन बंद करने के निवेदन किया था
          कृपया एयरटेल कनेक्शन बंद किया गया या नहीं बताया जाये, यदि नहीं किया गया तो बंद करें, और प्रतिनिधि जयंत थोराट के द्वारा किये गए दुर्व्यवहार के लिये कम्पनी क्या करेंगे

            Someone from airtel customer service called me told me to add free channels through otp
            I added and after few seconds or half minute my balance got deducted
            So I removed the channel through app immediately
            But I couldn't get money on my dth account
            My dth account [protected]
            They called me through [protected]
            At 1:24 pm on 12th may 2022
            Please resolve as soon as possible

              After receiving call from Airtel representative for installation of fibre broadband i submitted my kyc documents to them through watsapp and paid installation fee of Rs 1180/- through upi and was assured that an engineer would visit our place for installation but the neither any engineer visited nor they are receiving my calls. I want my payment refund.

                Hi,

                I am facing airtel network issues since 10-15 days. The signal is weak throughout the day. Browsing itself is an issue due to slowness of net, so forget about the time taken to download or upload any image or doc. Even when calling airtel customer care and providing the area details, they just say the residing area does not have any network issues. I am residing at Andheri east, JBNagar area. So they don't even register a complaint to work out on the issue. Trying for the last time to check if something works out through this forum at least. If not possible option to change the network and inform my social network to switchover to other networks other then Airtel.

                Can airtel folks acknowledge this complaint. Anyways on app or over phone you keep ignoring, at least try to acknowledge on this forum.
                hey i forgot about this complain which no one fixed it. And just raised another complaint today as the network is degrading day by day and we hear airtel claims to be the best network across all players. Wow!! so false claims.

                  I purchased a prepaid plan for a new connection. Got it for 3 months for 2800 and it got expired.
                  Now, the company is charging me for a postpaid service that I never signed up for, they are asking me to pay monthly bill however my connection is prepaid.
                  I never used that connection since March and now I am getting charged for the service I am not even using.
                  I Purchased the new connection on 3rd Jan and it got expired on 5th April.
                  Now the bill is generated for 13th May.

                        I am from hyderabad
                        Its been 2months i am using Airtel xtreme Rs.499 40mbps plan for 6months.
                        As i am working from home my company asked me to upgrade to 100mbps plan.
                        So i called customer support, I tried on Mobile app amd also visited Airtel store nearby.
                        Either ways problem not resolved
                        No one helped.

                          I have taken airtel Xtream fibre connection on 10th May 2022. Made payment on the link provided by Airtel representative. The payment showed success on my side but failed on the airtel representative end. Based on his request I made payment again from diferent bank account. And he told that failed payment will be reversed. But now I'm not even able to raise complaint or reach customer support for this query.

                                I am an Airtel prepaid customer from past 8 to 9 years. And I have moved to Germany recently. Now my Airtel network shows no service even after I recharge the number with international roaming pack. The pack shows starts upon arrival in my Airtel app and it's still showing no service. And I am not able to contact customer care team as I have no network. Could you please help me with this?

                                  Hi,
                                  I have raised fiber net connection for my home at Ranchi using the Airtel app on the phone by entering the apartment details and contact number. After a few days I had received a call from Vikas Kumar on 15th of April stating he was calling from Airtel Fiber and asked for my home address to check the connection. I had asked him to call after a few days, so he called me again on 20th of April and I had made him the payment for a 3 month plan of 799, so total money I had paid him directly using Phonepe on his mobile number itself . He said that the connection will be installed within 3 days but he is keep saying some server problem initially to register then he said lead id is generated but still come issue at my apartment for installation of wiring and told will take some time but even if I have waited already 2 weeks I do not see any progress and when contacted him WhatsApp, he said he is on leave and come back only on 13th of May 2022 but I asked him for cancellation as I see all these are just some excuses he is making every day, if any connection problem will be there at my home apartment the apartment name only should have not be visible on Airtel app.

                                  I am not sure if this is a regular practice at Airtel to scam the customers by taking the money upfront but not installing the connection on time. Also I would like to escalate on Vikas Kumar as he is not doing his work properly as I had connected with the Broadband customer team today afternoon and they told me that the profile itself is not created but I had already made the payment.
                                  I have requested for refund as installation was not even after 3 weeks, I had shared my bank account details as well to "[protected]@airtel.com" already but still they are not ready to initiate the refund process. Why Airtel cannot refund my money ? When I asked for the refund they are asking me to provide a cancelled cheque without which they are denying to refund but why is that ? What if a person do not have a cheque book? Which banking law says that i need to produce a cheque for refund?
                                  Why Airtel is not refunding the amount to my bank account automatically after providing all the details ? The delay and the poor response from Airtel team is really disappointed and frustrated!

                                    I have travelled through western peripheral expressway kundli toll on 28/03/2022 and the toll charges were deducted on 28/03/2022 as per applicable charges for car no. Pb10et3251. On 31/03/2022 toll charges of rs. 225 again deducted for same kundli toll even when i did not travel through that. I have raised complaint for the same at airtel platform on 11/04/2022 on which they assured me that grievance will be redressed within 15 days. After 15 days i again requested them for grievance redressal and i was again told to wait for 15 days as they have raised a query again. It has been more than a month that unapplicable charges were deducted from my account but i did not get reversal for the same. Kindly look into the matter.

                                      A request to transfer broadband connection from my wife's is name (Aarti Shrimali ph# [protected]) to my name name ph# [protected] was made on 4th Jan 2022. I had gone to Airtel store for this. But the disconnection was not processed on my wife's account but a new connection was added in my name. The old router was removed and new router was installed in our house immediately. But Airtel kept on charging us for both connections. Finally on 23rd March the de-registered the old connection. But even after multiple follow and store visits Airtel is not refunding the additional amount they charged from 4th Jan to 23rd March for the disconnected (not in use connection). Neither the store manager nor the airtel customer support are sharing details nor refunding the amount they just keep saying we will get back to you.
