Dear sir,

I have done a wrong recharge of 799 through my airtel app. I don't need this much huge amount, through autopsy the payment gets auto submitted. Please reverse this amount as i can't afford to pay this huge amount to my credit card. I just wanted to update wallet with 200rupess. Please reverse the amount as airtel wallet balance at least.

    Today, for the second time, when i recharged my balance, i got a message of balance deduction for activation of a particular service. (It was like houseofmodels) which i didn't want.. Deduction was 35rs. Twice. First, i thought, it might have happened by mistake, but it was another time that this occurred. Please take a note on it and respond asap.

      I have complained lots of time regarding non availability of 3G/4G network in my area even 2G is not proper but till now no solution is provided by airtel. Asper airtel team there are proper 4G connectivity but there are no any 4G tower. Airtel is making only fool to customers and charging lots of hard earned money for the same. Not happy with services of airtel.

        I ported my number [protected] dated 14/10/2017. My number was ported on 22/10/2017 and the old sim deactivated. Since then outgoing calls on my ported number are non functional but incoming is on. The balance is zero. I tried recharging it online, through retailer, frc but it failed every time. So i am stuck with a sim which has zero balance and which can't be recharged by any means. I visited the nearby airtel store (Patel nagar new delhi) and they have only one solution to all problems "sir, change to postpaid plan (I think they are trained to do so)" and while calling customer care they say "sir please contact after 24 hours, the systems are upgrading." where is customer satisfaction? Who will help me? Please fix this asap. When the country is investing millions in programs like "digital india", airtel is trying its best do the contrary.

          The 4g speeds are decreased to a great extents...From some days I am facing this problem... Even the 3g speeds were far better than 4g...The speed is going as low as around 40-50kbps ...I can't even stream anything even in the lowest quality...I am highly dissatisfied with ur services now...Pls resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            Im using Airtel prepaid SIM
            I just got a sms that the ganakhazana service activated and they deducted 90 rupees
            Also mentioned in the sms that they will reactivate the service. Absolutely cheating the customers

              I have requested airtel customer care on date on date 5.11.2017, 2:42 pm to activate rs. 448/- pack (Unlimited call + 70 gb net + 100 sms per day, duration 70 days) on my prepaid phone. But they have activated rs. 399 pack (Duration 28 days) without my confirmation.
              I have further requested on airtel call center to rectified my pack but they regretted. They informed that they are unable to change my pack

                I have opted for mnp from vodafone to airtel. I was provided plan of infinity 649 of rs. 649
                With unlimited calls local/national/roaming, unlimited sms, and 30gb data.

                I am wrongly charged rs. 138 for sms in month of october for bill
                There are few sms on bill on international sms which i have not done. These charges are unfare.
                I called to 121 on 4th and 5th november, but call cemter executives were not much helpful.

                So please request to reverse all sms charges+taxes from bill of october 2017

                  Airtel sales executive mr. Santosh (Pune, swargate area) told me that he will deliver active connection to me on 03/11/2017, for this commitment i wait for 4 days, without searching for other isp. So i have paid rs. 500 in cash to document collection executive mr. Nilesh. And after this both are not responding properly.

                  But on 03/11/2017, 04/11/2017 and 05/11/2017, he has not received any of my calls, also not responded to my messages.

                  I dont know what is the reason but if they are not capable of delivering services on time then they have to be clear towards their committment.

                  I sufferred a lot mentally due to this.

                      My email is vader. [protected]@gmail.com, i am a customer of airtel. A verified aadhaar user. Airtel bank constantly blocks my account. And ask to verify my aadhaar when i submit my case to [protected]@airtelmoney.com (After every second exchange of mails from "[protected]@.." email where i could not resubmit my aadhaar, again by reply. Automated replies will come with specified responses where i usually click "call back now" but they never do. The word says 7 days from that time to this time (Funny)?. But without specifying the customer in which imaginary email do we send back he attached "evidence" we end up sending o all the available email s of airtel mockery service after that it sometimes. Get the job done. But yet to block anytime with your money in it which airtel hijack without prior notice. We learn the issue only if the case is there with the automative emailer sense your issue. I like the 4g so i choose airtel other than that nothing is trustworthy in the service. Airtel bank s highly inappropriate in the way they serve their costumers. App is buggy, and w get the [censored]load pain

                      The zip of IManipur west- mphal sagolband area is 795001 not 795002, if you ask to avail your postpaid service they will not provide. Because it's not 795002. If you care to correct them thru email they won't listen . I have suffered and can't avail service because they made an error at Open Network Airtel. What a sorcerery.

                        Hi,

                        This is regarding the claim which i made recently. I subscribed for airtel secure on 14th of october. And i got a confirmation mail from airtel stating device is protected from now. On october 24 my device got damaged. I raised a claim on 30th october. Since i was unable to claim within 48 hrs. I spoke to one of customer care rep. They told to raise a complaint after 15 days and also he clearly mentioned that device is under insurance no need to worry. After 15 days i raised a complaint regarding the same. I got a call from airtel stating claim cannot be processed since the incident happened in cooling period. Again i called customer care and asked details about airtel secure. This time i spoke to aarthi. I explained same scenario to her. She told no need to worry you can claim insurance. I explained that i got a call from airtel stating this cannot be claimed. She transferred call to floor supervisor, again i explained the scenario to her and she even told you can claim. No worries. Again i explained the situation to her and she finally told you cannot claim under this scenario. My concern here is if they cant insure the device in first 15 days, then why they sent an email to me stating device is protected from 14th october. Also why the reps working in airtel is unaware of this. Why airtel sent me a wrong communication in email stating device is protected from now. Also no one were able to explain the cooling period until i explain to them. Because of the wrong communication is sent i m facing this issue. Kindly address this issue and provide me a solution.

                          I'm currently in cambodia. I arrived from new delhi today morning. I've subscribed to airtel's 3999 ir roaming pack for this country and my phone is still not working. I'm missing crucial business phone calls. My mails to airtel have gone unanswered. I'm sick and tired of this company. Please resolve asap. Not only will i not pay this subscription pack, i will take you to consumer court for loss of business. Not to mention pull the plug on all three airtel services that i currently use.

                            This is really same full for airtel if he provide service of airtel secure to customers and charges every month, then there is no response from airtel side.

                            I claim for airtel secure my phone camera is damaged and i upload the all relevant document, i got a mail from airtel secure that upload a image of fmip deactivate, i do not understand how can i deactivate the plan when only sign in and sign out option in fmip, i also upload the image of signout of fmip but they rejected. I reply on the same mail to explain me how can i daactivate the fmip.

                            There is no reply from airtel secure and no one call me, when i called on 121 around 3 time they also don, t about this...

                            Is there any one responsible for waisting my time or money... This is a secure plan for airtel not for user...

                              Airtel vodafone are cheaters company. They are not fair and only fair company in india is jio

                              Today my jio sim was not working in chitrakoot.
                              I tried to charge airtel for advertised rs399 offer for me. When i go to airtel best offer, it was showing me deafault offer at rs 399 for one month validity and one rs 399 offer for 70 day 1gb each day and roaming outgoing also free. When i recharged it recharged for 28 day with no roaming call free. I got deceived.

                              My fried also shown rs399 for 72 days offer aftet dialling *121*1# and when he chose option on sms option, he was deceived and was charged for rs 149 2gb instead for desired 399 78 days.. Now 2gb will get finished in 2 days.. He was left cheated..

                              When we both tried to call 121 customer support.. It gives endless option and you will never reach to customer support executive..

                              Big fraud company.. That is airtel..

                              I have tried vodafone also in past..
                              They are also big # cheaters

                              Please save yourself from these companies..

                              Buy jio, good services, good customer support and best is that no cheating to sell 2gb at the price of 28 gb..

                              Go fore jio.. Mukhesh is honest.. Big honest compared to airtel vodafone owners.. Who are big time cheaters.

                                I have recharged my mobile airtel [protected] with tha amount of rs 448. Money has been debited from my account. But i have got the msg as "your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn id 509125 of rs 448 has been initiated."

                                But the recharge has not been done yet. Could you please help me in resolving this soon. Its really urgent.

                                  I was delhi circle customer of post paid connection and i am in up west circle from 16th oct 2017 & from day one due to poor network i unable to receive call and internet on my no,. After suggest airtel care i have port with up west circle dated 4th nov and issue is also pending, this is the very unprofessional service provided to customer and i have two time file the complaint dated 25th oct - no.[protected] and dated on 4th nov[protected],

                                  Now issue is still pending no one is taking seriously this is harassment of customer rights, pl look this matter on top priority,

                                    As a reputed indian telecom company (Airtel), they misleading customers to porting number to airtel. I was a reliance postpaid customer and airtel offer me attractive plan ie 299/- per month (Post paid) and the plan includes all india calls unlimited and 21 gbg data per month for number porting from reliance to airtel. As usual i was changed my mind and port my reliance number to airtel postpaid 299/- plan. Now my number ([protected]) ported to airtel postpaid and airtel deceptive me because they provide 399/- per moth plan to me only 1gb per month. This act is totally disappointed me that as a reputed indian company mis leading all customers forcefully to posting their mobile number to airtel.

                                      I recharge 495 plan but not get 4g speed. Tower position show h+ or e and speed show 0.1 k/s. Complaints 4 times but reply me that problem will be solved within 24 hours. But after 24 hrs same problem. I can't use internet. When i data on speed show 0.1 k/s and h+ at tower position. All ready 7 days gone, i want either solve the problem or return my money as soon as possible.
