As i ported my 4 no - [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] to airtel from reliance in june with 349 infinity plan that promised me unlimited free calls, 100 sms per day nd some data... As i don't use data, i have the work of calling and msgs only... Every month, i am being charged 300 - 875 rs. On the name o[censored]sage, the customer care gives different replies everytime, they promise for call back but they never... Even they too admit that i am being charged extra...
Only because of this issue, i cant pay bill on time and have to give late fee too unnecessarily

This guy doesnt pick my call since 2 months, the last time i complained him.
I want it to be clear what ways i am being charged, and want the same as i was promised and for what i ported to airtel...
I am fed up by complaining to the executives, though i have the option to port to other company but i want the company to know what is going on so that someone else doesn't get in the same trouble as i am facing
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Tired of this Airtel network nowadays... Please don't advertise your network for the fastest network..
