I am changing my postpaid connection plan from last 5-6 months. Its 499 unlimited call & 5 gb internet. But airtel monthly charge me the axtra internet usage. Bill from last 5-6 months like 1200, 1500, 1000, 1700. Always i m call to customer care & wave the excess bill. If i pay blindly then, can they refund me? Now i want to close my connection but they told me so many reason that your recycle not completed, photo not accepted, form not available. So, please investigate.

    Big mistake to port my vodafone network into airtel as i am facing worst experience of wallet issue in popular area of pune.
    Instead of investing in marketing and branding, it will be nice to invest in network so that existing customer will stick to it.
    I am now waiting for my 3 months to get complete so that i will again port into vodafone and never try to get back to airtel.
    Worst service experience.
    Feeling sad to register this against a big tele giant in india.

      Hi,

      On 2 nov, 2017, i received the sms that gameind service has been activated in my account rs 30/7 days and the balance deducted automatically.

      On calling your customer care, the agent was rude as she replied that it is my fault, and that i have activated it online.

      Firstly, i never activated the service, and as the time stamp shows it was activated at 1:46am when i was sleeping. I would like to know how the service got activated in the first place, and please deactivate the service and refund the deducted amount as i have never activated the service in the first place.

        I got broadband connection from airtel and paid 3 months of rent in advance.
        I raised a disconnection request before using it for 3 months and they suggested me to continue till 3 months and then raise a disconnect request.

        But now when i place a disconnection request they are are charging 992 rupees and claiming that the connection is a postpaid.

        My concern is how can they easily fool customers by charging on prepaid account.

          It's very sad to say that the Airtel mobile network is very very poor at my location at Gangulavari cheruvu palli with 524230.Datanecting services also up and down.If you are not rectify the problem we will portable to any other good network.

            As i ported my 4 no - [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] to airtel from reliance in june with 349 infinity plan that promised me unlimited free calls, 100 sms per day nd some data... As i don't use data, i have the work of calling and msgs only... Every month, i am being charged 300 - 875 rs. On the name o[censored]sage, the customer care gives different replies everytime, they promise for call back but they never... Even they too admit that i am being charged extra...
            Only because of this issue, i cant pay bill on time and have to give late fee too unnecessarily

                When i bought the connecting i was informed i will get 2 months of balance with it. However it got disconnected in 1 month.

                Later the installation team talks does not pickup calls. The installation team members name (From gurgaon)

                    My name is mohit bamrotiya. I am a airtel user since 6 years. Last 6 to 7 months i am getting very bad speed in internet. When i am on 4g network it gives only 50-70 kbps speed. So, just imagine that what speed is give me in 3g or 2g networks. I complainted for it many time in airtel customer care but, they called me that they will resolve it. But, nothing resolve. Please help me my mobile number is [protected]. Please help!!!

                      I have ported from docomo to airtel. I wanted prepaid sim but they gave postpaid card saying it's compulsory.
                      With plan of 299 (With 20gb data) saying it's exclusive for docomo users. When i started using airtel i got 399 plan with only 10gb data. Now they are saying you have to stick with this plan for next 4 months and you can't avail other airtel plans.
                      I have new 4g handset and with now airtel 4g card. Saying that i should b able to avail 399 84 days plan.
                      I want to change from postpaid to prepaid asap.

                      Whenever I’m in roaming, i do not receive incoming calls. I even complained to their customer care but it was of no use.

                        I went to airtel relationship center (Kr puram, next to traffice police station, bangalore 36) on 22nd oct. I made a request to convert my postpaid to prepaid.
                        They told that my security deposit will be adjusted with 19th oct postpaid bill amount and i need not pay the bill.

                        They gave me a 4g prepaid sim [protected] [protected].

                        Its been more than 10 days but still my postpaid connection is active and prepaid in not yet activated. I raised a complaint 55086404 on 24th oct. It was closed without resolution and i did not receive any call from them. Today again i raised a complaint 80742070 because my due date for previous month bill is approaching and i will not be able to pay the amount because the delay is from your side.

                        Why are you providing such pathetic customer service airtel?
                        I have no other option but to switch to idea or vodafone after registering a complaint with trai for the mental agony that you have subjected me to.

                          I have received call from unknown person saying that as per sbi guidelines we are issuing new cards, please share your old card details to verify and so i have shared all my sbi credit card details and lost money, as per checking money is paid at airtel payment bank desk, so many fraud cases i could see on this, so complaining on this, so please help me out from this quickly

                            I tried to get it back last one week,

                            Airtel mobile pointing airtel money team,

                            In-between chandrika service specialist (I don't know whos that, it may be some third party) giving high level technical explanation like airtel money is not responsible for there (Airtel money) mistakes...

                              Mysel[censored]sing airtel service from last one years with relationship number # [protected] and landline number # [protected]. I am facing issue with internet speed which provided by airtel. Due to inconsistency in network speed my vpn disconnect frequently and struggling to do my office work. Initially i thought issue with internet speed because i am using 8 mbps speed, hence i upgraded from 8 mbps to 24 mbps speed, however still i am facing issue. I logged several complaints but still my issue not fixed. Really i am very disappointed with airtel service.
                              I am planning to use social media to tell about worst service provided by airtel if my issue not fix on priority.

                                I added rs-475 in airtel app wallet (Mobile no-[protected]) 1 month ago. From that time onwards, whenever i try to use my wallet to do any transactions, it refuses by saying "no debit transactions are allowed as it has been blocked".

                                After registering complaint no-824880, they asked for aadhar & i provided that too. But, still nothing is changed.

                                Please sovle this as this had become headache for me & airtel customer cares are not there for helping us by call.

                                    I have been using my airtel number for the past 12 years and since a month or more, i cannot send text messages and this is extremely irritating and may cause a problem in case of an emergency. Kindly look into this asap as sms is a basic necessity for an individual. I have tried multiple settings on my phone and still it is the same. Service center executives have zero knowledge about anything. Airtel customer care is never reachable. Poor service high rates. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with airtel.
